If you go back to medical in the room before you get into the baby necromorph room after the hunter is release, you can hear someone banging and screaming on the door but when you open the door no one is there… legit gave me chills.

The last one was probably a copy of the original scene...which was so much scarier. The woman coated in blood and looking like she had exposed bone and muscle laughing constantly...just terrifying. This remake wasn't as scary for that bit.
@@burnttoast26 I mean, you can hear gurgling as the dude chokes on his own blood. I think the blank stare is wayyyy creepier due to the fact it makes them look completely disassociated.

I'm pretty sure it came out in 1991, which was a remake of Corman's Forbidden World which came out in I believe in 82? Hell I'd play with the writing a bit but, I'm to dumb to come up with anything lol
While I wouldn't say the remake it better than the original, it holds up on its own in the Remake genre The OG Dead Space is way better in terms of combat, alternative weapon firing mode, Zero G, a quiet Issac (which added more suspense and terror)

Probably not, but they may change that from the original.
The developers confirmed that it wasn't a Valor soldier, but rather Isaac hallucinating because of the Marker and seeing himself running.

1:35 you can hear Isaac's heart rate increasing. Such a cool detail, they really did a great job with making Isaac feel like a real person.
