Not only is it hilarious with some of the best jokes ever in Golden Age Simpsons (which is saying A LOT), but it's an outstanding critique of cancel culture, social shaming and guilty until proven innocent mindsets that pervade across the zeitgeist today primarily due to the rise of social media.
And I love the way it ends. Homer is only exonerated once more "social media" footage comes forward (Willie's hobby of filming couples in cars), and Marge remarks that justice will be served as long as "everyone is recording everyone else". :)

Not only is it hilarious with some of the best jokes ever in Golden Age Simpsons (which is saying A LOT), but it's an outstanding critique of cancel culture, social shaming and guilty until proven innocent mindsets that pervade across the zeitgeist today primarily due to the rise of social media.
And I love the way it ends. Homer is only exonerated once more "social media" footage comes forward (Willie's hobby of filming couples in cars), and Marge remarks that justice will be served as long as "everyone is recording everyone else".
