I'm worried about the Baggage Retrieval System at Heathrow

Funny, because this song originally came out in the early 1980s. I take it there was an earlier attempt at such a system at Heathrow?
In the early 1990s, the new Denver International Airport tried to implement a computerized baggage handling system that ended up being an unmitigated disaster and has since been abandoned.

So funny, I was actually there on the first day. I was able to sort myself out pretty quickly but I did feel very sorry for the foreigners stuck there.
Still haven't got my luggage yet.

It shouldn't happen again even between july 27 and august 12th 2012 because its period of the London Olympic games. But if those thing happen during the London olympic summer games, it could be a enormous hell.

It wasnt a COMPUTER glitch, it was a staff TRAINING issue by BA.... No, the other Terminals were not and will not be affected by T5... Its FINE now...
