  • Watch me as I do my second solo. This took place on January 28th, 2017 at 7:30 AM. I did a total of 6 touch-n-goes, and 1 full stop landing. The airplane I was flying is a 1979 Cessna 172N Skyhawk (N6513D). I rented this airplane from Scottsdale executive Flight Training (SEFT). The McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornets you see in the video, come to Scottsdale for a fuel stop. They do this about once a month. There were also 3 McDonnell Douglas Harriers there. They also come here to Scottsdale to refuel . This particular flight was very special to me, because there was an F/A-18 Hornet right next to me, and it took off right in front of me. I apologize for the shakiness of the video. I might get a different suction cup mount. Please give me any suggestions as to what I can, and should improve on. Thanks for watching!
