Seems like the bodycam style is the new trend in gaming and I'm all for it. It looks original and gives a more immersive experience in the game. Let's see how it will work once these games are out.
Compared to Unrecord, this looks like a step-down but it's still cool. It's like a new era of games is coming and I'm excited.
This is cool. But of course, the standard camera style will stay existing for a while.

The sudden unnatural movements and the unnatural steady body movements is always what most scares me in horror movies and games, love it
Also just as a fact, our brains learn to be scared of things for survival, all of our fears are somehow connected to death, like the fear of being on a stage is caused because we fear rejection from people, and rejection is rooted to isolation and isolation in human history is rooted to death.
So same with unnatural movements or darkness, sudden movements, in the past if a human hunting experienced any of these he knew his life could be in danger

Fast moving and screaming ghosts = scary AF
Anything fast moving and screaming is scary... Imagine your mom chasing you, imagine your dog chasing you... heck, imagine old people chasing you screaming and you heard their bones crackling but still, chasing you.

Fast non natural snappy-like body movements = literally the best horror movement possible.
This is actually genious performance-wise. The whole game can have only one dynamic light source coming from the camera, that way the environment artists don't have to spend time baking lights or anything.

The bodycam gives enough excuse for the camera not to be fully HD which helps hide any flaws in graphics, bringing another level of realism.
Can’t wait to see Hollow do a play through of this.

This is the first genuinely horrifying video game I’ve seen in a long time. Maybe outlast was the last truly scary game but this may be next level.
