Finding your passion as an introvert is different. You can't just go there and do things.
When I was first starting in my business and came to face this problem I figured out very quickly that the majority
of advice are made for people who have no objections talking to the camera and love selling or those who will put profits
above anything else. You see I am not them.
I am an introvert and activist who runs a non-profit and coaching business where
people come always first. That's why I made a channel where I show my fellow introverts, activists, and non-profits
how I do it without selling soul and compromising on our values and our true self. But I encourage you to watch this video. Some good gems inside.
You run a channel where you're on camera presumably... but you say thats not you... ok.
But you're supposed to put in hard work to be successful. Even if it's out of your comfort zone
Introversion is not the same as being shy.
Acting on my passion and staying away from people who do not emotionally support me have been game changers. Thoughts without action are less than cobwebs in a storm.

problem is I DONT KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO nor what my passion is and idk how to find that either, so i cant act because i wouldnt even know what to do
Don't waste your time finding passions, instead just do great things that you can do right now, even though it's uncomfortable.
What you like to do? It's been year. Have you discovered your passion yet? I don't even know what is passion. 😅
You can always find something to do unless you live in fear.

@@Silagane you are not alone but these days no one has to suffer from social anxiety because it is treatable. I had the same problem but what helped me was Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the most effective type of psychotherapy for anxiety, and it can be equally effective when conducted individually or in groups.
In exposure-based cognitive behavioral therapy, you gradually work up to facing the situations you fear most. This can improve your coping skills and help you develop the confidence to deal with anxiety-inducing situations. You may also participate in skills training or role-playing to practice your social skills and gain comfort and confidence relating to others. Practicing exposures to social situations is particularly helpful to challenge your worries.
Don't let fear and anxiety hold you back from achieving your goals that you have always dreamed of.😊

Im just a teenager, but i feel terrible with myself.. my friend said that im terrible at sports, but.. i LOVE SPORTS, my friend say that i suck at singing, that my tune is terrible, that i know nothing about it, but.. MUSIC, SINGING IS WHAT I LOVE.. i have been doing it since 5, i started writing songs at grade 1, music is my life.. and now i dont know what im good at, anymore.. those are my hobbies, musis and sports.. 😭
