Vada Pav Recipe | Mumai style Vada Pav with Dry Garlic Chutney

Here is the most famous and easy to make snack, which is perfect for this Monsoon season, aamchi Mumbai's Vada Pav. Try the recipe in my style and let me know your thoughts in the comments :)

INGREDIENTS (Batata Vada) :
1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
5-6 Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 Green Chillies
7-8 Garlic Cloves
250 gm Boiled Potatoes
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1/2 Cup Gram Flour
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Oil for frying the Batata Vada

INGREDIENTS (Garlic Peanut Chutney) :
16-17 Garlic Cloves
15-20 gm Peanuts
10 gm Freshly grated Coconut
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS (Coriander Green chili chutney) :
1 bunch Coriander Leaves
6-7 Green Chillies (if you like it spicy)
10-12 Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Water
