Thiers Issard Razor Review

Hello everybody and thank you for tuning in for another hardware review. Today we take a look at razor provided by grownmanshave.... a 7/8 quarter hollow straight razor. Apologies for not disclosing the blade was sent by them and not paid for by me. However I did state it in the video and still had an excellent shave. Thank you once again to Bernice for reaching out and letting me review the razor.

Great to see you uploading on your original channel. It’s been far too long. I miss a lot of the older shaving fraternity. Times were simpler than.
This is one of the best straight razors tutorials I’ve seen to date. And yes, I think you own more Proraso product than Proraso has inventory.

It wasn't easy to learn lol trust me, my face was carved up the first time I went for it. Just take your time and do what is comfortable for you.

I have a lot of Thiers no one is perfect. Head or bevel are irregular. Sometimes blade is not centered!. Boker head is better but there are others issues. Water is not to use during shave! Rust will form under the handle! Your strop seems being Imperia La Roccia!🎉

That you are correct on the strop the red is what did it for me lol. However i do own nakiyama strop as well phenomenal.

I let it air dry for atleast 2 hours before closing the razor in the scales and putting it away.
