This is exactly what I was looking for; I was going to do a Harengon Sous Chef Druid build.

I absolutely love that this video exists. I was thinking of doing this as a gimmick for my next D&D character, and it's nice to have a starting point. I honestly think you built it perfectly, but I kind of don't want to end up just straight up copying someone else's character so we will see, but I appreciate that you gave me things to look at such as what spells and abilities come with the classes

This is an awesome build and has so much... flavor. I like that you made something that is fun and helps out the team at the same time.

My Chef character was actually a Circle of Wildfire Druid. The Wildfire Spirit that he summons is the Sprite born from campfires, and he always collects the smolders of ash from previous campfires to start as a starter for new campfires. I would love RPing a cooking relationship with a Wildfire Spirit and a Druid Chef.

I think unseen servant would be a nice spell for this character, especially if they opened their own restaurant which, with brewer's supplies and cook's utensils, they probably could easily. You can have the servant stir the pot, serve the food, and pour the drinks without your attention. Sadly, you would have to take a feat, but it is a ritual.

Great suggestion! I could maybe have take ritual caster over telekinetic. If I was planning to go for a restaurant I'd probably be using animate dead for enough 'bodies' to do all the work :D

WAIT... SUMMON BEAST FOR FRESH MEAT??!?! that's F up hahhaha.
Also, proficiency in cook's utensils will have an additional benefit that if you cook a food during a short rest and other creatures eat it, they would gain an additional 1 hp per hit die rolled.
I have a Valor bard NPC that have this feat. Her tagline is "A warrior with empty stomach will be a warrior inside a monster's stomach!"
