This makes total sense, A+ content is huge. If a potential reader is still on the fence about buying after reading your book desc, they'll keep scrolling down, and if there's no A+ content to persuade them or really just to distract them from the 'explore similar books' section, they'll click on one of those other books and leave your listing.

Hi Dane, what are category trees? Is this when you choose the 3 categories where you want your book to appear? Also a bit off topic, which do you prefer? Bookbeam or Kdspy? I've only used kdspy and while I like that you can quickly look at the first page of books, it's not easy on the eye. It's too small and its too mathematical, like a cold spreadsheet. Thx! Great videos and I like your direct simple style.

This video is Very helpul; Dane I may ask why Bookbeam is showing on my category is "0 " but on KDPROCKET showing that I have many categories. " I have added many categories to my book" is a technical issue? Thank s for your help.
sounds like a technical issue. I would log out and log back in again - also make sure you clear your cache

Both, i use it primarily for higher content books, but it can be for both

Hey Dane, how long does it typically take ACX to review a book? They claim 10 business days. Mine is now 12 business days and still no feedback and yes, I've contacted them. Just wondered if this is typical to take so long? Thanks.
Very typical. Can easily take 3 weeks sometimes, even 4.
That's crazy. I typically get mine approved in less than 48 hours.
If it’s a longer book (mine are 3 hours +) it can take a month or more. They have their own timeline

When I listed my books it only allowed 2 categories?
You can contact Amazon to add up to 8 more :)
Amazon said you can only choose 2 BISAC categories and then they will add other categories, however, that doesn't seem to have happened with mine. Can you tell me how / where you contacted Amazon to request additional categories please?
@@gpsunshine1 Help section - you need to tell them the entire 'string' of categories for each one you add it to. I might make a video on this in the future

My last upload, KDP allowed me to choose only two categories.
You need to contact KDP support after the book is live and ask them to put your book into 8 additional categories (you can do up to 10)
You talk too far. Slow down so people can follow you.
