Hi, I’ve been enjoying your videos - trying to stop being overwhelmed by the Thoth Tarot. Letting go of the cards and remembering them is new to hear someone say, and I feel a bit relieved that my own method of knowing the cards and their meanings as each reading goes on, is a good way to go. I’ve read this way because I do and can’t seem to read any other way, and I think this is the source of the overwhelm - they look so much more complicated, and I am not a fan of the art, which as an artist, is rough. But I’ve clearly been guided to use these for this moment in my own path, so the aesthetics must be put aside or changed internally. Which is what I suspect will happen. Anyhow, thank-you for the time and effort you’ve given to us. May I make one request, and hopefully it’s not a large one, because I don’t know what goes into it - could we have English captions please? My hearing isn’t that great and I’m losing some of your words and meanings. Thanks again, Linda
Hi Linda, each card in the Book of Thoth is distinctive, which makes it easier to recognise, so go by that rather than complexity. These videos are a bit old, and now they would be made on modern tech with better audio.
Court cards could represent other people, depending on the question u are asking, or they can represent yours/theirs, personality to the situations.Or they can represent a problem/ direction .Coming or going. Ground, air, water/ mental. New ideas. Level changs.
