    I just tried this for fun while watching, immediately felt my lat tense up. This could be a great way to activate lats before an exercise.

    If you add a small stability band between your hands to be held strictly just for stability I’ll give you more even lift

    Is it okay if I feel the move also in the abs, or it should be wrong??
