I used to give my boy 2 cc water daily or once in two days since his birth and above 2 month 4 cc and after 4 month he used to drink 2 or 3 sips from the glass and these days he dink total of half glass 100 ml at least in 24 hours. Also eating all the fruits of season since 4 months old. Not to believe in every youtube video and not even every doctor most not have updated knowledge

Also if you gonna do a big veggie/fruit you gonna have to just do a bit of it and the rest goes in the frigde where it doesn't last as long as in the freezer and already prepared. Imo I don't see the point, it's a waste of time
