Musicians or anyone that make it big should never forget where they began, or where their own roots began, etc.or become self absorbed, ( fame can cause ones if they get lost in it all, glory, fame, or thinking they’re better than anyone. As human beings, ( which we all are!!!) we all have a beginning point, we have to represent ourselves as who we are, not just a member of a name, our first identity is our name , how we are as humans.
They are the heirs to the throne of the kingdom of rock and roll , as someone needs to carry the torch as the Metallica boys will be passing it one day soon. These are the guys !! Wow

Yah they opened for Ghost in Denver and totally showed them up! Nothing against Ghost, but Poulsen's voice is truly elite. Tobias Forge is a brilliant artist, but his voice can't carry an arena in the same way.
The last time I saw VOLBEAT they were opening for SlipKnot. As you can imagine that was a hell of a show. Gojira was also one of the other opening bands. What a great lineup!!!!
Strange to think about but I just got into these guys about a month and a half ago. Friend went to a show and he said it was the best concert he’s ever been to. Never really heard of them. Then I bought 4 CDs and fired them up and they are incredible. ALSO that is the EXACT description of them. Elvis and Metallica. I couldn’t place it.
@@19jjace same. I only found out some weeks ago. It's hard, fast and the singer sings well. The guitars work together, and the drummer knows how to drum. It has melody, but it has power. It's exactly what i love in music. Metallica, UKJ, Rammstein, Queen, all are at this level. It's a shame bands like these don't find great fame anymore. Only degenerates that make "pop" music, and I don't even know what that is anymore.
