If I'm correct I'm not sure in current versions that I know in the past if enderman took damage they didn't seem to want to teleport so you could shoot them with arrows such as if they were your cactus farm taking damage from two cactuses (This didn't apply to water)
Mojang: "Enderman can't get hit with arrows." Element: "... But what if the arrow was really fast?" Mojang: "They can literally teleport what do you think."
Hi, crossbow enthusiast here. In some older crossbows, your bolt (arrow) actually can deviate from its original path. This is mostly due to the string becoming less like a cable and more like a noodle. In my expieriance, messed up sights can also majorly affected your aim. I know that this is just a glitch, but I think it would be an interesting little feature where the bolt's deviation increases as the durability decreases. Anyways, cool video =]
4:53 that is a grass block that had snow on top but hasn't updated yet, I think. The only way to get one is really weird, so it's cool that you found one.
4:55 That's actually the default top texture of snow grass block! It's impossible to be obtained but possible to see. Sometimes the games glitched and removed the snow layer above it during world genereation, this is rare👍🏻 If you update the block, for example, placing a snow layer above it, it will go back to normal👍🏻
You can actually get it by force through commands (placing grass blocks with the snowy block state) or using the debug stick to change them to have that property. Makes for a good sort of monochrome grass for builds.
The reason the arrow seems to go sideways when it really goes straight is because once an arrow reaches a certain speed, the game can't comprehend what the heck is happening and can't load the model because it's too fast and the particle calculations screw up.
Fun fact, in earlier versions of Minecraft (at least on Bedrock) Endermen could be hit by bow enchantments, the most blatent example of this was if you shot an Enderman with a flame bow it would still teleport away, but be on fire.

When you shoot the arrow with light speed, it goes to be a non material object, some type of electromagnetic field. And this is chooses the way with minimum air resistance.
the piercing works because you do actually hit the enderman with the arrow, it just runs the teleport code instead of the damage code, and summons a new, identical arrow to replace the one absorbed by the enderman
Arrow damage is proportional to its speed. So setting speed of arrow to light speed gives it a portion of light speed. Edit: Idk if it’s still the same, but last time I checked, arrow damage = 2 * velocity. The speed of light is roughly 3E+8 m/s, or 300,000 km/s. As such, the arrow would deal roughly 600 million damage. This can theoretically be done using red stone (assuming a PC powerful enough exists). Assuming the tps of that world is still 20, the speed of that arrow would be around 1.5E+7 blocks per game tick, or 15,000,000 blocks per in game tick. 1 piece of tnt will accelerate an arrow by 0.97 blocks per game tick, so about 15463918 blocks of tnt will be needed (rounding to one whole number). Due to the method of fire, this number will have to be a multiple of 4. As such a total of 15463920 blocks of tnt will be needed. If anyone can find a pc that can both move 15.5 million blocks of tnt at once and doesn’t already know what I’m on about, ask me how to proceed.
the reason for why the arrows continue flying even after they hit a block is because arrows are given a speed attribute, and it's not reset in any way if it hits a block you can summon a very quick arrow into a block using commands and see this for yourself
4:54 That is one of the rarest naturally spawning blocks in the game. It’s probably just spawned in by him but its existence in a natural environment is a millions to one possibility.
I have an idea for a video: you ask ChatGPT about Minecraft and make this into the game. For example: ChatGPT said that bedrock can spawn only in the end, then you make bedrock spawn only in the end, if ChatGPT said that cow eat emerald, then you do that cows can only eat emeralds.
its when a enderman picks up a snowy grass block which is already rare but has a 1 in a 9 trillion chance that when it places it the texture looks like that. Bro you are so lucky
Suggestion: in a regular vanilla world in Minecraft can an enderman be shot if placed on a block surrounded by water and if you shoot it has nowhere to teleport just a theory.
I still remember when playing with my friend and suddenly an arrow accidentally hit an enderman and endermen got the red hit effect to prove it was hit by arrow. We was like "What in the world", this happen while we were fighting raid together and endermen walk by and it hit him.

Actually, bows in minecraft are similar in that they go slightly to the left (I believe, it might be right though) and crossbows knight be the same.
