The only thing I don’t like is that stacked header course on that bullseye window I have been a mason for 40 years and there is no strength to it, on the keystone brick.
I've never seen such mediocre moisture barrier and window flashing details in all my career. NO way would I ever accept those details. They are going to have dry rot and moisture intrusion guaranteed. Of course I am in California where construction methods are much more technical.
