Unlikely they will catch it in two places. Once you have the antibodies, your body will learn to recognize the virus and attack it with antibodies it has produces before. Yes, you can have both types in one location.

The % is very low. But you can still pass it. It's always skin to skin contact, so wherever you have it and come in contact with it, you can get it
