I just started using this program at my moms house. She's a whiz at this program. I've only been quilting 2 years. I loved how you were able to switch colors of the fabric. I have been wanting this program. I love all your tutorials I watch them over and over again. And now have my mom who's been quilting for 30 years watching you.
Thanks again for a great video!

what I liked about the EQ video??? Everything! I especially love the fabric calculation feature. I'm a new quilter - very new! Figuring out the amount of fabric I need is often the hardest part - I look at my stash and have a design in my head but tend to put it all away because I don't want to get started and then find I don't have enough to finish the project. This software looks to be a solution for this issue. Thanks Laura for the demonstration. Just love your video's and never miss any of them each week.

I always like listening to you. You make everything so clear and easy to understand. I like the way the program makes it so easy to move the blocks around and see the different patterns they make. I could play with that part alone for hours.

How awesome! What a useful program. It was great to find out that there is a way to put the ideas that pop in our heads on paper and get a pattern to boot. I have often spent hours trying to figure out on graph paper how to get the idea in my head to work out with the fabric I have; and too often given up and put everything away in hopes of trying again another day.

I let my 14 yr old granddaughter design her "sweet sixteen" quilt on it after she decided on colors and pulled fabrics from my stash. Not sure about EQ Mini but EQ7 lets you scan in your actual fabric so you get a true-life visual of what it will look like. Gives you the opportunity to switch fabrics around for best impact and some fabric sources (Connecting Threads for example) have downloadable libraries containing all the fabrics in each line so you don't have to scan the fabrics - it's already done for you! I love this program; can't you tell?? LOL

I am absolutely loving how technology and quilting are slowly (but surely!) coming together. I am a tech nerd, but also a quilter/sewist, and to see my two loves together makes me so excited!

Oh my goodness - this is the first time I've seen the EQ program used. I love it! I make quilts for a nursing home so I'm always on the hunt for fabric, fair to say my stash would rival most stores! I can't help but wonder how many more quilts I could make rather than spend so much time working out patterns, fabrics, yardage etc. As always, a great tutorial. Thank you.

I love your tutorials! I love this program! I love how easy it is to use and for me I always have trouble trying to figure out what block to use and how to combine different blocks! This program makes it so very easy! I also love how you can see exactly how much fabric you need. I have had problems in the past not buying enough fabric for the project that I am working on, then when I go to purchase more, well it is no longer available... I Love how you took the time to show the different features that this program has to offer! I am in love with it!. Thank you so so much for your time and sharing your great knowledge with everyone! I look forward to seeing what you are sewing next in the sewing room!

I am super excited to see this demo! I really love that once you get the blocks selected that you can opt to have them automatically shuffled. I also really like that you can preview the color scheme as well. This is a must have for me! Thank you Laura!

+SewVeryEasy I LOVE that this program takes out ALL of the guess work! I am just a beginner and I am horrible with knowing how much fabric I need for a project. I started my very first quilt for my boyfriend for our second anniversary and I was horrified when I ran out of fabric that I had ORDERED no less. I had to reorder and I cried when I couldn't get it finished in time. This program could have saved me all of that stress and heartache. You do the BEST videos Ms Laura! Thank you for sharing!

I've wondered about EQ, how fun. I have so many piles of "this is going to be a quilt". I've gone to the store for one fabric come home with 5 fabrics and realized that I forgot the one I went for. This would really solve a lot of what to do with this pile. I seldom use patterns because I don't want my work to look like everyone else's. That's another reason I don't take in store quilt classes. Sit with lovely ladies and all leave with identical quilts.

I have seen many quilt programs , never wanted one til now. This mini seems to be just what I have been looking for. It looks easy to understand and even a person who does not do a lot of computer work should be able to design a quilt. Would love to have this program.

I love your videos Laura! What I like best about the EQMini was the ability create different designs by combing different blocks! It looks pretty user friendly too! Thanks for that great tutorial.

I have EQ6 but sadly unable to update since the new laws prevent me from doing so, but while I have played and designed so much - your tutorial is so much easier to understand. Thank you - now I know how to break down my stash much better!

Thank you for the demonstration on how to use the EQ7! I have a closet full of yardage and fat quarters that I bought just because I thought each was pretty and maybe with this program I will be able to bust some of my stash. I appreciate all your video tutorials!

Thank you for this awesome video! I have been quilting for a long time but struggle with trying something new as I don't feel confident with calculating yardages. The EQ program has been around a while, and I've been curious about it. Your video showed me it is just what I need, or at least really desire! I'll be looking for other videos from you now that you've hit my radar! Again, many thanks!
