My group is trying to intimidate an assassin into divulging who hired them currently. Perfect timing for the video, just dropped the link in discord for them.
24:52 please note that Scare to death is an intimidation check, it does not use the demoralize action, which means you can actually use it as a combo. Demoralize + Scare to Death
When my group started playing Pathfinder 2E, I quickly latched onto Demoralize as a great way to use my third action, as opposed to, say, making a third strike at an exorbitant multiple attack penalty. And while Demoralize has proven to be a far better use of that action, thinking of it in that way has caused me--and sometimes continues to cause me--to Demoralize in a sub-optimal way. The way I should think of it is that Demoralize is a good FIRST action. That way, if I succeed, those two strikes I make will be against the enemy's now-debuffed AC. Or the spell I cast will target the enemy's now-debuffed saving throw modifier. And having taken and used both Intimidating Glare and Intimidating Prowess, I concur with your positive assessment of those feats. Not speaking the same language of the creature you're trying to demoralize is something that comes up often. And since Intelligence is a dump stat for many martial builds (and some spellcasters), it will come up even more often for those types of characters, as they have fewer bonus languages.
I'm often the same way when using my monsters. Even when thinking about it before the round start, when it's my monster's turn I always rush for the more "punchy" actions, and then I'm like "what have I done ?" Welp, at least my players have fun mocking me I guess.
I can verify that these feats are so flavorful and tactically powerful in combat. I used them with my Ruffian Rogue to the point my party thought I was a Barbarian until I used my Sneak Attack lolxD

I'm currently building a new character that focuses on Intimidation so this video was a big help.

Gnomes: *lick their eyebrows*
Terrifying enough?
That's not a use of the Intimidation Skill. That's a use of Cthulu Mythos!
No!!! My God no!!! Not the Thaco!!!!
Am I a bad person for wanting an equivalent of Intimidating Glare, Battle Cry and Scare to Death for Bon Mot?
Is Demoralize additive to other sources of the Frightened condition, e.g. the Fear spell?
No, the larger penalty would be what applies.
