If you want a more detailed explanation on how to do a touch shot, deep push or flick, then take a look at these videos... It is so important to use different strokes. I never noticed, that I always blocked to the same spot on the table until a training partner told me. Now I will try to use different return shots with different spin and positions. Thank a lot for these useful tipps.
Good morning tom,,im 67yrs.old fr. Philippines ,iam enjoying watching your video,,I learn a lot from your video..can you send me a racket or can you tell me what kind of racket is god for my age but not too expensive because i dont have a job and im a shame asking my children to buy me..thank you again bacause im inspired watching you..take care and GOD BLESS🙏
Great video. 👏🏽👏🏽 Have you heard of the VR? There is a game that feels very realistic on the oculus quest call "eleven table tennis" you should give it a try and use your skills there for training. See you there for some fun. 👍🏾
Thank you for really useful recommendations 👍 By the way, as an attacking player, amateur of course, sometimes my hits end up below the net. Any tips or videos on how to do smash on balls like this that have really high backspin?
Nice video Coach, however I see sometime ur arm is close to ur body while playing backhand drives. As learnt from you earlier, it may reduce the quality of the shot. Let me know if I am wrong.

Yes, I'm the same with my forehand attacks. Always cross-court by instinct. I really have to override my brain to play down the line.
This is a great demonstration. Thank you so much for sharing! I have always struggled with spin. This helps a lot to understand.
Always good to re-r-e-re listen this great guide to beat this treacherous retro-rotation. Thanks a lot.
Once I get this ironed out, I will be INVINCIBLE!! 🏓🤪
Beautiful shots and demonstration! I wish I could flick it like Feri 😉
Well needed video. Always found it difficult to play against short backspin serves. 👏👏
Great stuff Tom! Keep it up. Much appreciated by your viewers!
I like your video, its easy to learn and useful for me
Very well explained video with clear demonstration.

As explained in the video, you can attack with a flick (either backhand or forehand)
Thank U, Tom!
Well! There is one server whose bp is super excessive and mo matter what the ball sails long. What do you do then?
How do you know if the spin is heavy or light?
