I thought I didn’t like sheers that much but here I am drooling over all of these 😂 (except that cooler brown toned one you weren’t a fan of). Your videos to get an idea about the formula and comp pics to help with color accuracy, are always so helpful! Thanks as always!❤
I’ve barely started the vid yet, but IMMEDIATELY wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the way you laid out the 1-4 coats in the swatch shot. I screenshot/save that stuff for sheers and jellys so I have a reference when I start playing around with them at home…that can be a pita when the vid is edited and/or RUclips is acting like an addict with a twitch while I’m trying to get my shot, lol.
Thank you for swatching this brand and this collection in particular!! I receive the Color Club marketing emails and I follow them on social media so I can keep abreast of new releases -- because not many reviewers cover this brand. And I thought the theme for this group of shades is unique, especially at this time of year when all the companies are generally releasing dark, vampy, fall colors. During the winter, when no one sees my toes, I like to use shades like these so that I have a polished look but one that is also pretty neutral.
haha yeah, i think more people will probably cover them as we move forward because the brand is focusing more and more on their ambassadors. in the past, their pr program was kinda meh and they didn't really send pr. Swatchers have a lot of brands reaching out and the attention is split, u know? So if you have zoya sending you pr consistently, and other brands alike, you end up reviewing those because they are in your hands. Since color club doesn't consistently do that, i think it's kinda like outta sight outta mind. U know? CC is getting more consistent w/ their pr, so maybe we'll see a higher volume of reviews moving forward.
Can’t help it, I’m always here for sheers. 🤓 Subtly Seductive is my favorite and thanks for comparing it to Taupeless Beach, which I still don’t own for some reason. In contrast, Zoya has a lot of these purple/pink mauve tones in a crème formula and I seem to own ALL of them. A good brush is a blessing 😊 TFS!
Love the comparison between creams and more well known colors! It puts the formula and color into perspective. I definitely need to pick up bubble bath, peace of mined, and nearly shear! I am considering taupeless beach and don't bossa nova me around as well
I like! Very nice subdued collection. The only drawback for me are the numerous coats needed. For the best results, is 3 or 4 very light coats the best way to get 4 coat results?
I think 4 coats is utterly pointless, there is no improvement from 3. I think my favorite is either 2 or 3 (it will depend on the state of ur nails if they r stained or have ridged u might need 3, if they r smooth and not stained u might be ok with 2). So yeah, def don’t go to 4 👍🏼💕
@@PolishLabRat is there one you recommend? I've tried Nail Tek and Barielle and they didn't make much of a difference. 3 of my nails have pretty prominent ridges.

Thank you!! 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️😘
The brush makes ALL the difference. I love how Color Club are in tune with what their fans want. Getting ALL of them.
Yeah these brushes r a dream honestly! 😍

Haha nice! Yeah both this brand and Zoyla (their wide) are some of my fav brushes out there! 💕
This is so helpful! Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful! 💕

All of these are awesome options, so whichever u decide, u’ll win! 🤣💕😍
Love sheers, this collection is a winner for me!
😍😍
Very helpful review. I do like the taupe polish. TFS 😻 Britt
Thank you! tfw 🌸😍😘
Ohh I love these sheers. I’m just getting into sheer polish colors. I hope they have them in gel formula.
These specific ones didn’t come in gel ✨

Did they change their bottles again?! 😩
They just did yes, they will be rolling out all new collections with the new design lol
I wish I could wear sheers but the ridges in my nails won't let me. I really like the last one.
You can wear a smoothing base coat or a ridge filling base coat, and it will help with ridges (if not eliminate them completely)

Have you tried Marshmallow with a good brush? Did application improve and even out?
I have tried it yes, with a wide glisten and glow brush, and it def does improve. A wide brush improves everything haha
Awesome, ty. I finally made the order and Marshmallow is at the top of my donor list.
