Hi Go to SUIM > User>Users by complex selection criteria> By Authorisation values > In next screen Selection by values - Agains Authorization object Give - S_USER_AUT and Hit enter. Now give the value as "02" in the value field and then execute. This will give you list of users who have authorisation to manage the roles. 02- Change. 01- Create. Trust this information is helpful for you.
If you are looking for information on the Support role ( Managing the Application Support) then you need to have roles with less exposure ( Mostly display) and for changes use firefighter.
