Love that you don't take yourself too seriously Robbie! You made me laugh bloody hard when you dropped the 'idiot' on yourself!!
Hahaha thanks mate. There's enough people already taking me too seriously without me adding to the problem. LOL
Thanks for this video, very enjoyable watch!
Love the tackle club bix openings and reviews Robbie keep it up. That lake looks so clear
What can I say,,, GREAT rob very enjoyable... i think i know that Spanish birds sister lol... bless her ..

Great work mate, couple of beautiful trout. I'm excited for trout season and also to get back out in my kayak again! I'll wait until it's a bit warmer though haha.
I live down in pakenham mate and god I cant wait for lockdown to be over so I can head up your way and get some freshwater fish. Awesome videos mate keep it up!
Thanks so much mate. This lockdown stuff is crap hey.... I reckon we will be in lockdown by tomorrow night too unfortunately.
They had 1 covid case in Pakky today!
HAVE you joined the local angling club? I am a past secretary of the club, & been a member for around 28 years! (IDK how they haven't made me a lifer yet!)
Our Aug meeting was supposed to be this Wed, but the current lock down canned that!
Come along to the next 1, (whenever THAT will be)! We usually meet, 3rd Wed of the month, 7.30, Senior Cits hall in James St!
Cheers!
Got this box too, what a ripper! Awesome to be able to see them in action mate. Always look forward to sitting on the couch a chucking a Robbie on after work! Bloody legend
I love trout so much
Great video Robbie 👍
Another great video Robbie. Thank you. I could feel the pain in loosing that lure. I donated a 50mm Big O to a tree. It was one of my favourite lures for yellas. I have never seen any in the marketplace since.
Keep up the fishing love these videos
Thanks for the video. Good luck with the lockdown.
Just found this. I purchased a new blade or two for something different to bait fishing. Was a bit flummoxed by the number of holes. Now I know what they are for. Thanks.
I agree Robbie blades are very underrated trout lures as well as lipless crankbaits
Looking forward to this video Robbie 👍👍
Thanks mate, I hope you enjoy it.
Great fish mate. Woneater 🔥🙌👍
Great video robbie, love all your videos whether its carp trout cod or nothing !
Thank you so much Sam. 👍 I feel like that with my fishing. I don't care what species I'm catching, as long as I'm catching something. I just love it all.
Some ripper fish bro!!! Great tackle club box aswell mate. My first hour on patreon and I’m loving it
Thanks so much champ. I can't wait to chat with you in the next live stream. 👍👍
Great video mate! 🍺🍺
I paddled up there this summer not allowed to camp on lake but can camp on river there were Cano campers on that beach I seen more snakes than fish
I gave this video a thumbs up because i love Australia and Australiauns.
Great video mate, good to see some trout, I'm keen as a bean for opening! I was casting one of those jigs around for sh!ts and gigs and managed to get a 26cm reddy Haha couldnt believe it, excited for your trout content, keep up the good work
I like These type of videos
Hi Jacob thanks so much for your awesome feedback mate.
Awesome fight on that rainbow trout Robbie! How were those jumps! Had to watch it twice 😂😂
Them blades are awesome on the brim, they work best "teabagging" method which means jigging hard up and let flutter back down through the water column below your craft, fish usually hit it on the drop , next time you're out on the boat with your dad use that blade and you'll cleanup on perch
Good one mate I’m glad I’m not the only one to cast lures straight up trees hahaha
Haha I am not immune from losing three to trees. LOL
Nice fish mate 👌
Thanks mate. It was great to finally be catching a few on lures again.
Im spanish and that was funny 😁
i often find it amazing that we are so strung up on eliminating invasive fish from our waterways like carp yet we then just accept that some invasive fish are there and don't care about them like trout.
some people dont know it but fish like Rainbow/brown trout and Redfin can be just as destructive to native fish stocks then carp, sure carp cause a lot more environmental damage and dirty the water but trout and redfin can strait up out compete native fish and often make rivers and streams void of native fish
Hey mate Spoke to fisheries in eildon a long time ago and they told me you can legally fish a lake to the 1st set of rapids into the arm so ya all good 👍🏻
Thanks mate. I read the rules when I got home and it says the definition is "Where the flowing water of the stream meets the backed up water if the lake" In my opinion, as I was in my kayak and sitting in the backed up water I would be fine.
Plus, thay 1st rapids idea makes perfect sense to me. Common sense prevails. 👍👍
You got a few nice trout there! I swear your puns are getting worse Robbie! LOL!
And re your vibe, to quote the old Bearded Burbler, ' Errr, you idiot!'
I think Ill always be a lazy bait fisherman, beer and snag in a slice lol.
No lipping the trout!
What type/size of single hook do you recommend for replacing the trebles on spinners for trout fishing?
Hi mate I would probably replace them with the same size ones that the spinners come with.
Robbie mate you’re fishing your face off lol 😝.. I’ve caught a few nice fish up the top of that lake. Take care mate
Haha I wish I could fish my gut off. LOL
Same lol 😂

I've never seen you get a brook trout? are they not stock in your parts? I remember you saying trout arent native to your where abouts
Oneeater haaaaa cracking me up . My mate at work has buck teeth 🦷 and he reckons he can eat a apple 🍎 through a tennis 🎾 racket haaa ..
Hahahaha thays hilarious. I knew a girls that could chew am apple through a picket fence.
😊👍🇦🇺
I always leave my lures in the trees🤦🏼♂️
Haha we all do it mate don't you worry.
You can tie a Uni knot for a loop and not pull it tight all the way.
Juan focker, he must have been on holiday.
I see you have lure eating trees there just like in the U.S.
A warden goes to a lake ask if anyone is catching fish they say no but Bob down the lake is The warden goes to Bob says you catching fish yes Bob says warden ask can I go tomorrow with u ok when they go out Bob takes out a stick of dynamite the warden says that's not legal Bob lights it hands it to the warden and says did u come to fish or talk
Hahahaha
I worked with a bloke whose older brother used to dynamite fish in NSW North Coast creeks for Bream and stuff.
He used half a stick and had to sign a book at the Co-op to buy it.
He signed the town drunks name and eventually the drunk started doing his own dynamite fishing.
The town drunk didn't know you use half a stick and just used a full one.
He had an accident that blew his fingers off. 😮
You are only able to fish where there is no visible flow.
