What happens when it stops working? I know companies like stahls and GEORGE KNight which make amazing presses have an incredible customer service that will work with you to get the parts fixed. I don’t know if I could say the same about trans pro? if it breaks is it done? Is that control box replaceable?
Great looking press and thank you for showing how the larger size helps with your work flow. Great looking final product as well. Any issues with washing or stuff like that?
Thanks for this review, are you still enjoying? Any things about it u dont like? Im about to pull the trigger on it but i need it to be my solid work horse for years to come. Hope you make more videos using it! Thanks!
I really like it. The only thing I don't like is how high the handle is when it's raised. i'm only 5' and b/c it's 16x20 with the 20 being the length of the front platen the handle is almost unreachable for me.
I am ordering the swing away version of that press. :-) I really enjoyed your video. I hadn't thought about doing socks. Thanks for sharing. You mentioned using a smaller platen heats faster?? How does the top platen change the heating area? Or was that a misunderstanding on my part? 'Liked' and 'Subscribed' 👍
;) Check this out! www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/2020/06/how-to-sublimate-socks-beginner.html As for the platens, a smaller one will allow the heat to be distributed quicker in the smaller area.
@@SilhouetteSchool So even though using a smaller base platen the entire top heating surface will heat up completely? I did not buy a smaller platen yet. I'm finding that even though the press says 110 V it draws more power because it strongly flickers the lights in the room. We are currently trying to figure out if we can find a work around for that issue. :-/
I'm really not awake yet today... I was literally just getting ready to ask, "Don't you need to heat set that ink?"... 😂 I've done sublimation, I know how it works... Maybe one more cup of coffee wouldn't be a bad thing.
I have a press similar to this, but mine has 2 plates side by side. I'm 4'10" so I had to have someone build me a set of steps to put next to my table to grab the handle of the press 😂
Hi, I am 5 ft too. So please tell me the distance from the base to the top of handle when is wide open. Is this press has sure pressure? If yes, how do you like the function? Should the swing away better for our height? Thanks PS I love your website, got everything, every links that I need.

Hi. It does multiple colors or only one flat color per sublimation? For example those socks use only one color, if you wanted would you be able to use multiple colors in that design?
I have this heat press and love it. I have the heat press on table that is lower or I could have the same issue. Love that the pressure is displayed.
Just purchased this...I will look for more videos! Thank you!😍
Oh dang!! That press is a beast! I would LOVE to talk my husband into getting me one for my silly home projects... ;)
Can you get this press to hover at all??
No, a clamshell will not hover without being held manually
Nice video, what's the quality of the socks like ? Suggestion: Kids step stool from IKEA looks like you need a small boost ! LOL
Hey there! Kind of depends on what you mean by quality, they're definitely not cushy socks.

I'd check with ProWorld on that..they are a reliable company that's been around a long time

Nope! Sublimation in permanent
What blow out sheet is that ? I use butcher paper but i feel sometimes it dont absorb the ink :/

Do you prefer this one over the swing designs company heat press ?
It depends on your size need! This one has a bigger platen for bigger projects.

Hi.

You can use any colors you want. For example, I made another pair of socks for my daughter that were tie dyed.
I’ve heard based on reviews I’ve read that this larger heat press takes a long time to heat up compared to 15x15?
Hey there, the more surface area to heat up, the longer it will take. Worth it though!
Are you still enjoying the heat press? Will you recommend?
I do!!
@@SilhouetteSchool How long is the warranty and do they offer extended warranty? Do you have an update on this press?
