I've had mine for 15 months and still love it! I teach a Cricut class and my students design and press a t-shirt at the end of the class. They all love this press and many have purchased it. I recommend it in some group somewhere almost every day! ProWorld is a great company that gives excellent customer support and service. I had the original Trans Pro 15x15 for 6 years and passed it on to my son. It's still in great shape and performing like new! Great products!
Great video! Thank you for the unboxing and showing different ways to use it. We are also interested in the 6x20, so seeing your example was helpful. How long does it take to heat up to about 330?
We’re glad this was helpful! We haven’t timed this heating up to 330, but we did time it heating up to 400, and that was around 30 minutes. Hope that helps!
That looks so cool. When are you moving into your new , larger home that can accommodate all your fun, large tools that you have been acquiring? BTW... belated congratulations on your surpassing 10K subs. Well done!!!
This is the second video i’ve seen on this press and the top and bottom platens don’t look like they’re aligned/even side-to-side. Do you lose any pressable area?
Hey there! If you want to be able to press thick things, you’ll definitely want a swing away. Pro World makes some great ones that have comparable features to this one. As for the electrical question, we did not need to install a separate breaker for ours, but you should always consult a licensed electrician if you have specific questions about your setup. That’s just not something we can advise on. 😉
I'm still loving it! I moved into a new studio in June and somehow a connection came loose in the control box. My pressure readout wasn't reading out-lol. I called PW and their tech patiently worked with me to figure out what had happened and I was up and running in no time! There's just nothing like a good product that comes with good service!@@thage0
Concerns: what happens when you have issues. I know Stahls and George Knight have amazing customer service and many parts can be fixed. What about these presses? So can you just buy a control box if it dies?
Hey there and thanks for your question! We've had great experiences with Pro World, even before we started working with them. We shared your specific questions with them, and they said that they have heat press technicians in-house that respond to issues within 24 hours. If there are any issues with the press, the technicians will be able to help. If the control box is faulty and if there is not an obvious component that can be replaced, the customer would ship back the damaged one and Pro World would ship a new one. They prefer that all issues and requests go through email. Hope this helps!
Anybody having issues with uneven pressure on theirs? I did the whole paper/dollar bill test, and the front is looser than the back...not getting clean presses with transfer express transfers. They are doing an exchange, but just curious if others are having similar problems?
Hey! We have this one from Home Depot in the 52" length: Husky Adjustable Height Table: homedepot.sjv.io/Husky46 It's adjustable height, which we LOVE and the one we got has the two drawers, which are great for holding wider/longer materials. :)
My automatic isnt working and my screen looked nothing like yours. It's is the same model though. I think my wife pulling it up before turning it on broke it
Hey! Sorry to hear you’re having issues. Are you sure the auto open is turned on? See 4:10 in the video to see how this model’s auto open feature is engaged, and make sure that you have at least some pressure (at least Level 1). Hope this helps!
@@JustMightDIY ok yeah my pressure was on 0. I set to 2 but when I close it goes to three. Also I have some heat transfers that are messing up with the press set to 380 for 20 secs. What shouldbe the correct for cotton vs poly? Sorry I don't wanna break this
Hey there! Glad you figured out the auto-open! Different transfers will require different time, temperature and pressure combinations. We recommend looking up your specific transfer to see what is recommended.
@@JustMightDIY i bought them off a guy. hes foreign so i can barely understand him. I bought them to help him and myself out. But the paper doesn't indicate any brand like TexPrint does so im at a loss

We think so as well! We have never been disappointed with their products or support. Thank you for watching and leaving an awesome comment!
Sweet! Turning the auto open on and off is what sold me on this press!
Awesome! You’re going to love it!!
mine came today!!! so excited!!
Fantastic, we know you'll love it! Happy crafting!
If you unscrew the pressure nob all the way out, can it hover over the bottom plate? And is so, how much of a gap is there?
Great question. It all the way out, there would be about 7/8 of an inch to work with 😁

I wish you would have added bells and whistles for the video😂😂
Haha! If only that line were planned in advance!

Hahaha - we’re definitely out of space here, but we’re not going anywhere in this housing market. 😉 Thanks for watching!

Hey! We haven’t had any issues with that.
Thanks!
Hi again, how high can it open such as for the pillow thickness? Would you rather have the swing away?
Do I need a separate breaker for this? Thanks

Mine was delivered on Monday and I set it up on Tuesday! Love it!
That’s awesome!! It’s a fantastic press!!
How’s it going now with it ?

@@JustMightDIY thank you. Do you know If the press gets uneven heating over time is that a coil issue or control box?
Hey again! We haven't experienced any issues like that with ours, so we can't say for sure. We recommend reaching out to the company directly.

Hey! We’ve not had that problem. Glad they’re working on it for you!
Hey could you tell me where you ordered from
Hey! Everything is linked in the description! Hope this helps. 😉
Hi, how do you like it so far? It's been 3 months
Hi there! We LOVE it! It has become our go-to heat press. 😄
What size table do you have it on? Where'd you get it?
Hey! We have this one from Home Depot in the 52" length: Husky Adjustable Height Table: homedepot.sjv.io/Husky46
It's adjustable height, which we LOVE and the one we got has the two drawers, which are great for holding wider/longer materials. :)
what is the total weight of this press? thank you.
This is fairly heavy, maybe 80 or 90 lbs. A 2 person job. Hope this helps

Is it pressed on kraft paper, cardboard 3 meters؟
Hey there! Not quite sure what you’re asking here.
Love It
Thanks!
Where can i buy this
Hey! The heat press is linked in the description, and you can buy from that link!

I'm not buying one if it doesn't come with bells and whistles 😉
Ha! We’ll send you some bells and whistles to add on. 😉
