Great channel you got goin' dude, I like your 'film while looking' style with the gopro. Usually it's film after you've found something with most channels including mine lol. Cool finds as well. Keep up the good work! :)
Thanks! Yeah I like it, imo it makes you feel like you're herping! I can't really do it when I look for rattlesnakes though as I don't want to reveal their habitat too much. And ive been mostly looking for rattlers
Yeah that's understandable. It's best to keep Timber locations on the down low as best as possible. Too many illegal collectors out there and such. Btw your Timber vids are dope 👍
I hear that man. I'm just over in CT, unfortunately it's a little TOO easy for people to find out Timber locations here, it sucks. And no prob! That vid of the 10 all rattling was sick. Can't wait to see more vids!
I killed hundreds of copper heads and timber rattlers upstate on my property ever since they tagged my neighbors toddler one summer, now they are pretty much extinct around me.
@@dragon0361 so if said toddler was hit by a car would you go and dismantle every car on the nearby road? Awareness is all you need killing does nothing. Not to mention your story sounds very fake.
dragon0361 thank you for killing those copper heads and timber rattlers. There is no reason why anyone should have to put up with that around their property and anyone else's property. A hospital visit for a venomous snake bite is upwards of $160,000. They bite our children and our pets and cause undue agony for 2 weeks or more. THOSE SNAKES SHOULD BE KILLED!!! NON VENOMOUS SNAKES SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE.
there is no record of a toddler killed by a copperhead in upstate NY so you are a liar. Snakebite in NY is very rare, deaths almost unheard of (3-4 since the late 1800's, one since antiserum invented). Timber rattlesnakes are endangered and protected by law, so I'd keep my loony tune rantings to myself. Only you thinks your some kind of genius hero.
Know any good spots near orange or rockland?
Amazing...
I just moved to Binghamton any areas you can recommend. Herped long island for 35 yrs
Got some snakes in my backyard in JC if you want them lmao
@@cadenbeutel5516 I'm starting to think moving to Binghamton was a bad idea.nothing but zombies and junkies everywhere
Nice finds dude!
TheBavarianHerper thanks! Im jealous that you can find Adders over there!
Took me a frikkin long time to find one though. I guess every place has its advantages.
TheBavarianHerper fair. Took me forever to find a copperhead now I find them often(they are fairly rare in new york)
pretty little buggers
how can you spot those copperheads their so camo ?
I never can find any copperheads in Ohio
Ohio herping has is better than any Ny state herping
@@javistrangepets7882 no way you have the mountains 😭😭
Those snakes won’t think twice to take bite at you all
Eastern woods turtle! Rare and endangered....
Its actually an Eastern Box Turtle! They are a species of special concern so not endangered but certainly may be at risk.
So many noodles
Another Awesome video, Super jealous of those coppers man haha. The Milk snakes seem to be out in numbers right now where I am in west NY .
Big Apple Herper yeah I love copperheads! and oh yeah? Moving around? thats neat.. I wish I could find more milk snakes.
Why would you move the rocks with your hands and no pretection ?
I only do it with rocks that I deem safe to do it with. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
@@HudsonHerper you are much braver then me.lol
You don't catch them? Just left them...
No I don't like to harass wildlife. Handling wild animals stresses them and I do not wish to harm the animals that I love.
robert wooley they are venomous
Hudson Herper plus they'd harm you. They are venomous vipers
Nice job and beautiful copperheads

FlipperDude309 yep I am aware. I don't even like to say the county lol.
FlipperDude309 also thanks! I stumbled across some gnarly spots.

Congrats youre a bad person
Hudson Herper well the snakes were bad for killing the toddler.
