Go to the Outer West suburbs: Long Lake, Orono, Wayzata, Tonka Bay, Excelsior, MoundView, etc… It is like time stood still in terms of what Minneapolis was like in the 1950s-1970s era of Minneapolis living.😊
Why are all the homes North of Minneapolis not selling? It seems no one wants to live there and properties have been on the market for 150+ days. Is it that dangerous? Homes keep going down in value there.
Which cities are you talking about specifically? Assuming you're talking about the immediate metro area, that's incorrect. The Twin Cities as a whole: 15 day on market (median). Anoka county is 14. Hennepin and Ramsey counties are 15. I do see more homes that have higher days on market than in previous years, mainly due to over zealous sellers. But "not selling" isn't the case at all for a correctly priced home, and I'm not aware of any county in MN that's gone down in price seasonally-adjusted (though there could be hypothetically, just none I've seen). The Twin Cities prices are up 3.8% just from Jan to March, and 6.1% since last March. Hope that helps!
Well done! Thank you!
Appreciate it!
What are your thoughts on king field personally?
I like kingsfield, and you can find some more affordable houses and apts

I do enjoy that area a LOT! People should check out the Wayzata tour we did last fall: ruclips.net/video/oyJL5cWoJMM/видео.html

Yes N Minneapolis is the hood. I would recommend avoiding if you’re white 😂
Uncanny resemblance to McCauley Caulkin
I get that regularly. 😁

Safest places in Minneapolis? As close to not IN Minneapolis as possible.
Check out waite park area if you want some better prices. (300-500k)
Around lake Calhoon and south is nice if you can afford it. (600-1M)
Edina/ Roseville if you’re talking about suburbs.
