I am a local and I think you hit on a ton of great points. I have mostly lived in first-tier suburbs myself and I think all of the ones you mentioned are two - four suburbs from the city. Some great first-tier burbs are Saint Louis Park, Richfield and Roseville. Another great one that is further out, but very accessible to the freeway is Shoreview, which is much more affordable than North Oaks, but still in the vicinity.

Hey Rodrigo! So Realtors have to be really careful about steering people to/from an area by defining things like crime rate and schools, for different legal reasons (Equal Housing) and not wanting to stigmatize any area for better/worse. That said, I've actually got a few videos on those three topics which you can check out on the channel! Look in the "Moving to Minnesota" playlist. Hope that helps!

Eagan is definitely more desirable for most people than Rosemount. "better" can mean what ever you want. if you are looking for a newer home and ok with driving 40 minutes to downtown msp or st.paul then Rosemount is better for you. the places he mentioned are not next to eagan. you started to say negative things about a neighborhood that many people call home and I have to correct you. I do think Rosemount is more desirable to me than many of the other locations mentioned in this video. you can say the same thing about apple valley.
I do love Plymouth! Parks and outdoor spaces are some of the best in the metro. {And this list wasn't limited to Hennepin County, included the whole metro area.}
I lived in circle pines for 62 years. Pretty good. They built a bunch of huge apartment complexes and things are changing. Police have a reputation for being a bit aggressive.
Not much of Minnetonka actually borders Lake Minnetonka. Kind of misleading. Not sure who your talk is aimed at, but I’ve never thought much of northern suburbs. Prefer south, southwest.
For location/proximity and mobility, nothing beats Roseville. With 36/35W you can get to downtown Mpls in just a few minutes. Even rush hour isn't that bad (except the year after the bridge fell).
Winona is about 2.5 hours away, so I unfortunately don't work that area. I'd be happy to do some research on agents down there to refer you to if that'd help. Just shoot me an email - jcarmack@kw.com.
