    Drinking lemon good to lower blood pressure??

      Beet juice, apple cider vinegar with honey and garlic on an empty stomach. Beet juice by itself. About 4 ounces first thing in the morning and just before you go to sleep.

      Juice raw Beetroot ginger and spinach, doctors will not tell u this, these are just a few that can lower, even better than medication, and breathing exercises can do the same.

    I'm likely overthinking this, but does anyone know if it matters how open/closed your hand is while squeezing?

      The studies I reviewed didn’t mention that. They only mentioned the amount of pressure and time.

    How you supposed to breath when gripping it ?

      The studies didn't specify the breathing method. It is assumed the breathing was normal since the contraction was held for minutes at a time in some of the studies.

    If I just clinch my hand ...I mean make a fist with full strength hold as much as possible then release and repeat.....will it work the same
