Long NATURAL looking hair or tasteful short hair and a fit body is literally 90% of your level up and elevating your looks. The other 10% is makeup and clothing which is easier to change and doesn’t take much time. Growing your hair and getting your ideal body takes time, mental strength, and stamina but once you achieve it you look so different and can wear a trash bag in heels and still look FINE.
1. Hair styling and health 2. Dressing and always looking out together 3. Smell good, dental hygiene and body care 4. Exercise 5. Cut back on social media, journal and read more
This is the truth that has been suppressed for YEARS. We're finally exposing that the worldly standard of beauty is purely false and not grounded in reality. But just to add, natural hair isn't necessarily just about thick hair. If you have the thickness great, but for some of us who don't, that's okay too. Tatiana, you are doing God's work and I'm glad to be fighting alongside you to see black women free, unbothered, and happy

Slowly getting back into reading, I have my fantasy books to go to another world and zone out and I'm currently reading The Japan diet by Naomi Moriyama, diet is my weakest point and it feels great to read something that can actually help me and that I can implement in my life. Jornaling is so important processing your feelings is so important.
Some bonus tips I like to use that can help stack with the tips in this video. 1. Get a hair cut. More specifically a have your hair shaped. Having your natural hair trimmed into a shape allows you to be styled all the time with your natural hair. Think of when we get braids and we don’t have to do anything because our hair is ready to go! Same with natural hair. 2. Witch Hazel, cotton pads and q-tips! At least once a day clean your belly button with the qtip dipped in witch Hazel and any scent gland area on your body with the cotton pad soaked in witch Hazel. I’m talking armpits, back of the knees, back of the neck, ears, butt crack, etc! I will help kill bacteria which fights smells but it’s gentler on the skin than rubbing alcohol and witch Hazel is cheap! 3. You can get library books and audiobooks for free digitally if you have a library card. Just get the Libby app and add your library card and your set! You’d be suprised at the audiobooks you can listen to for absolutely free like the game of thrones series, lord of the rings, 48 laws of power, etc! It’s a game changer in my routine that keeps me from social media! 4. Walking pad. While it doesn’t replace going outside or more high energy workouts it’s really helped me be more productive when I’m idle at home. If I’m going to be on social media watching videos I get on the walking pad. If I ate something unhealthy I get on the walking pad. Up late at night , walking pad. Lost 30 pounds so far!
Even just drinking plain water 💦 is a game changer. On average women need 2.2-2.7 liters (maybe a little more, if you're active and/or live in a dry, hot climate)
I can attest to the cleanse of switching from insta or tiktok to Pinterest!! It is so relaxing and is literally tailored to your own personal interests (I swear it's called P-interest for a reason (personal Interest)!!!

I’ve never been a wig girly, but I tried getting a straight/wavy wig once and I realized I look so off with it. I look the best with my natural hair. I may try a glueless wig with my texture though !
I’ve been natural since I was 13 years old and I’ll be turning 30 soon. People always ask me what I did to get my hair as healthy and long as it is now. 1. a lot of trial and error 😂 2. Learning to leave my hair alone! I totally agree with doing the bare minimum. I always hear women say their natural hair is too much work but will put on a new wig every other day.😂
Also buying an mannequin head with textured hair! You can experiement on it instead of always on your own hair. Same with textured hair pieces(wigs, extensions.)
@@kikib.2344 that excuse is getting old. No one requires black women to wear Asian hair to be acceptable to society, they never did. I understand hair discrimination, but I’m natural and I’m thriving financially meanwhile the baddies with the buss downs are baby mamas. It’s the mindset not the hair, believe it or not. Let the Asians wear Afros if they want, they deserve it at this point.
You’re so right about simplifying your hair routine! I spent about 6 months washing normally but keeping my hair in plaits under headscarves. It grew and thickened up so much! I’m so happy with my hair now. I also discovered that if you style it correctly, you will still get pretty privilege when you’re wearing a headscarf! Using colors that look good on you and tying it creatively work wonders. I do have to say that the baking soda tip is not the best for tooth health. Baking soda is abrasive and can damage your teeth. My sister is a dental hygienist and is very against using baking soda on teeth.
Another tip- Amazon has clothing basics in packs, can get any type of clothes in a bunch of colors via packs and the cost of each garment is cheaper. I got satin skirts, shirts, slips, body suits, skorts, all in packs for under 200. And now I have enough clothing combos to last for 2 years.

As someone who doesn’t have thick hair, I’m looking into extensions that match my texture or those 4C hair puff add ons. Not having thick hair made me insecure about my hair but I’m glad there are more natural extension options not now :D
I’ve been doing the hair grease challenge for a year, so this month, I’m going to do a length check and see how far I’ve come. My goal is at least breast length, ideally waist length. After that, I’ll start styling my own hair and wearing it out more often, with more wash-and-go styles. I only just found out I can grow my hair with wash and gos.

Im a married woman with super long locs. Im 40yrs old. I didnt meet my husband with a weave hair hat stitched upon my beautiful hair, no ma'am. I still keep my fashion tight....i wear dresses and sexy rompers . I dont wear pants anymore and do not wear sneakers unless exercising or doing a job for my cleaning business. Ultra femme fashion is more comfortable, cheaper, and more attractive. Also read Gods word and see how to honor and love our Creator with our daily living
Just wait for it. The people that are actually loving their natural hair and showing it instead of weave. It’s gonna start to trend and the people who never cared for it will only wear their curls just for the sales and marketing they will get from it. SMH it’s sad that sometimes the only time the beauty of our hair only get attention when attention is on it and people still will try to profit off from it. And not wear it because it’s beautiful but because it makes them money lol. You look amazing #Newsubbie

Synthetic wigs are an honourable mention BECAUSE they mimic a blowout on type 4 hair ✅✅✅
You're doing God's work
I love the video, however the music was throwing it off. 😅
Awesome video!!
Girllll! I love this!! New subbie here!!
What products and process did you use in your hair for this video? A butter? A gel? And was it simply stretched with scrunchies after it dried?
I believe this video is 2 or 3 days after my wash day...I have 2 videos explaining my wash day routine!! I don't apply product unless its on wash day
@@Tatianaclicks I didn’t get the notification for some reason. Thanks for the response.
Beautiful video Sis as are you.
YESSS💗
Some great tips ❤also the background music is nice for the intro but distracting during your actual talking parts
thanks for the tip
Im a married woman with super long locs. Im 40yrs old. I didnt meet my husband with a weave hair hat stitched upon my beautiful hair, no ma'am. I still keep my fashion tight....i wear dresses and sexy rompers . I dont wear pants anymore and do not wear sneakers unless exercising or doing a job for my cleaning business. Ultra femme fashion is more comfortable, cheaper, and more attractive. Also read Gods word and see how to honor and love our Creator with our daily living
Looking for those links to the products
I linked them!!! Thanks for reminding me
Solid advance ❤
We can all be at least attractive in a general sense and beautiful to in certain spaces.
You look amazing #Newsubbie
thank you!! I agree I feel a great shift
Non-textured weave/wigs look crazy. I feel like I’m being gaslit.
❤

Can you give us a tutorial on your hair? 👀
Tfs.
i realise, when you loose weight, it solves A LOT of problems, you no longer need so many facial products because your face rearranges itself lmao,
i enjoy your videos and content. Can you remove the background music it is very distracting? its angelic and sounds fine at the beginning but distracting after that.
