Cartoon Network promos & bumpers from February 21st, 1999

aka. "watch guys in Chipmunk outfits dance for about 10 minutes and also there are some promos in there".
Ads aired during the "Alvin and the Chipmunks Greatest Hits" marathon from 1999. Promos are fairly repetitive, local ads cut some of them off, and the upload is not in good quality (it was originally a camera rip). If I manage to obtain this in better quality I'll upload this again.
