You download pictures of it and print it. As for the paper, I believe you need a certain kind of printer to print it onto transparent paper however I did it a very hard way. I used a regular ink jet printer and although it smeared a little bit where I touched it. It worked out fine. It took an entire night to actually dry though.

Then you get a piece of transparent plastic and print black stripes. The width would number of frames you have - 1. This way, the sheet blocks out the other fames and only show one. Now move it and look!
