I like your idea of Lucifer here and the way he saw the relationship between their families ! I feel like it fits his character well
Would you consider Deadly Sins are part of Lucifer’s family? i’d like to assume only half. The good half being Asmodeus, Beelzebub, and Belphegor.
Lucifer being besties with Frederick would be awesome, not a hand of the king type role, but a confidant and support for dealing with reentering Charlie's life.
I'd love for the Von Eldritches to be hellborn rather than sinners, makes the universe so muchh more interesting.
I would love to see Luci still being close with Frederick, the tought that Lucifer lost contact with all the people closest to him is to sad. But because Luci was like a shut in, I think it's likely they don't see each other anymore 😢

That's wild that it was planned like this before her current VA was cast. I mean, she literally played Cady Herring (Lohan's character in Mean Girls) in the original cast of the Mean Girls musical. I do see a lot of her in Charlie’s character.
I would love to see the Von Eldritch Family in the show! I know that Charlie and Helsa are rivals and Seviathan and Charlie used to be dating before they broke up. I wonder if the Morningstar Family and the Von Eldritch Family are either best friends or arch rivals.😮

From what I remember in the old livestreams Frederick and Bethesda has a relationship akin to Gomez and Morticia just sheer devotion for one another. This could be another reason why Lucifer doesnt see Frederick. it reminds him of Lilith, and mainly what he probaby wanted in the relationship with Lilith.
I really hope they do an episode where the Von Eldritch family visits the Hotel to reconnect with Lucifer and Charlie

I would definitely love to see Lucifer still being Besties with Frederick Von Eldritch in Season 2 of *Hazbin Hotel!*
My idea is the Von Eldrich family are that they were in Hell before Lucifer. Same with the natives of Hell. No where in the show does it say why the native species are there, the inclination is there was no Hell or Roo until the apple incident. That to me references the darkness before the universe was created. So basically an illusion to the Great Old Ones. Similar to what Supernatural did after they defeated Lucifer, where they battled the darkness before God, which eventually lead to a Cthullu like being.
It hurts how real this can be sometimes like the relationships with other people and everything that’s when you know you made something great
My theory is that the Von Eldritch family built the Hellevator system and that's where their wealth came from. Like Hell's version of old timey railroad barons.

I think this may be a very ADHD moment for Lucifer. He inherently is a very happy go lucky person, and as long as Charlie is Happy, he is fine. The moment an Ex is introduced into the equation however, Lucifer is going to struggle, because he just wants what is best for everyone.
I love the Von Eldritch names, designs, and color schemes. Frederick and Bestheda are designed and based off Adam and Morticia Gomez; Frederick is suppose to be an Adam Gomez character (according to Viv which is eh in regards to reliability since she changes so much- sometimes forced to, sometimes by legal obiligations, sometimes she wants to, etc)so a classy name for a high class man even if it is too normal lol. With that being said, I can’t imagine Bestheda being anything but sweet and loving like Morticia. I can’t see her rivaling or being rude to the Morningstars.
It would be such a waste of good character designs if we don’t get anything. Like even flashbacks aren’t enough.
I just wanna know why Lilith looks annoyed in that photo lmao. Everyone looks happy and cozy and Lilith looks annoyed or has an attitude about something. Part of me believes it’s part of the “Lilith was replaced/ imposter theory”
A simple, small thought for the comments: I was thinking, i would adore a small background story of perhaps a sinner falling in love with a hellborn single parent. to a degree of coming to care for the child as much as if it had been their own. i could see this work in either show, with an "Valueable lesson" to be learned. Though it might be a little too much to be displayed in how little time i think it would have to be.

Bethesda is actually pronounced Be-THEZ-Da. While this has never been confirmed, I can pretty accurately infer that the names Frederick and Bethesda is an homage to Viv’schildhood. On her social media she says she’s from Urbana, MD, which is a DC suburb near Frederick, MD. Bethesda is down I-270 just outside of DC and is also a decently large city (and yes, Bethesda is where the game company Bethesda Softworks was founded, hence the name). So I believe the parents’ names are references to the respective cities.
Why do I know all this? Well a lot of my family comes from Bethesda , MD, and I visit it often. So I’m pretty familiar with the geography of that area, and when I heard the parent’s names I knew immediately that’s what it was. It’s also why I really hope the VEs appear in the show. It’d give me a small personal connection to Hazbin.
This video reminded me of how me and my family were. There was this boy in my elementary school whom his parents got along well with my own. Even having him look out for me when we were in camp. Idk where he is right now, but I hope he’s alright 🙂
I realy like the idea of Freidrich being renamed to Leviathan bcs like firstly his hair resembles squid tenticles and his family looks similar to the envy demons . Secondly since every deadly sin is themed around circus members i can def see Fredrichs design and family reflect Lucifers bcs Freidrich himself is envious of Lucifer presenting himself similary to him. Staying close to Lucifer and his family to soon mary his son into power so that it can fulfill Fredricks own fantasy of being like lucifer or the 'ringmaster'.

I am interested to see how they’ll tackle these characters in the story. Especially Zathiathan, I’m wondering how far they’ll go when revealing why Charlie broke up with him. Hopefully, with the feedback and better faith from A24 they’ll have better pacing to explore this storyline.

If I were to make a script involving the Eldridge family, it would probably be like this.
After the battle that destroyed the first hotel while Charlie and the gang start to rebuild the new one, word will reach out to the other rings leading up to the Envy ring.
Ones word reached the Eldridge household, Frederick and Seviathion would find the perfect opportunity to not only help them legally, but to also rekindle their relationship with the Morningstars.
After going through old documents, Fredrick would find one that he and Lucifer had signed that would legally allow Sev and Charlie to marry. ( Like a royal decree saying that Sev is Charlie's consort). After seeing that it is still valid, Seviathion will use it as an excuse to get Charlie back at his side.
One's he arrives at the hotel, he would reveal the document and would try to make Charlie agree to the turmes by showing her his financial and magical powers that can actually help the hotel.
After a few episodes, Charlie would snap at Sev and say something that would hurt his feelings, forcing Sev to end the contract. Once he leaves, the gang would probably talk to Charlie to calm her down and try to apologize to him. (Once they relies that he isn't actually a bad guy through some contact clues). Charlie would begrudgingly agree only to find him in a depressive state that she then relieved that his "jerkish" behavior was actually a front for the public eye.
I really wanted to see the rest of Charlie’s family and other royal families 👑😈👸🤴🫅

Sevaithan definately strikes me as one of those "Just smile and wave, and I'll handle all the hard political stuff." sort of Chovanists. I don't think he really loved Charlie or had any sort of affection for her, but rather saw her as a means to an end to get his family into power. Such people don't like to believe that the relationship had failed or ended so they naturally assume the girl in question must be in longing for him. So in his mind, Charlie is still his girl and they are destined to be together.
Lucifer may have some understanding that there was a falling out or something that occured between Charlie and Seviathon, but may not have understood full context as to what caused it. While others at the hotel are likely to immediately conclude that Seviathon is toxic.
Lucifer has a lot of friends, but this one is unknown to us, either he’s part of the possessor Demons we see recently or probably an unknown overlord that we haven’t met in the series, such for. He could be one of the seven deadly sins in disguise or an elite Royal in training.

I so love the idea of Lucifer and Frederick being besties torn apart in the divorce. It would just be so special to see them get together having a good time again! I can see them laughing at each other's dad jokes while everyone else around them cringes.

I'd like to think that the Von Eldritches are either Possessors (or whatever the Envy Demons are called) who made it big somehow, or that they're Goetia's who just don't appear in the Lesser Key in the same way Stella doesn't. We know that they're not all birds, so it's possible.

I think it sounds nice that he misses his old friend Fredrick. One thing I’m curious is do you think Lucifer views half but not all of the Deadly sins as his friends? I would definitely understand and see no friendship qualities with Mammon, Satan, and Leviathan, but I strongly sense he’s on good terms with Beelzebub, Asmodeus, and Belphegor. It’s obviously likely that half of the Deadly Sins who are the more kinder and friendlier one, and Lucifer’s friends. While the other half are more careless and selfish ones who Lucifer does not consider friends.
What made me think this was on Charlie’s phone when she tried to call Lucifer, Belphegor’s name was on her contacts. Implying that Belphegor has a connectional history with Lucifer’s family.

So in my complicated au basically Freddy became Leviathan's son. Does it change much? Well, not really, but it gives you additional obligations and "social position" in their case. I want to believe they are friends, but if they were, I don't know if Fredrick would let Lucifer rot in his workroom with a pile of ducks.

At the time where Hazbin was supposed to have 3 seasons, my theory was that: Von Eldritch family would appear in season 2 because it would give Vivianne the most of the room to explore them.

I theorize they are sinners who took over a previous unclaimed area to the north of Pentagram City, past a lava ocean on the other end of the ring.
They and other fish like demons live in this region, with some fish like demons like Baxter live in boats in the Blazing Sea.
Being such overlords gained even the attention of Angels, and they made a deal to allow the royal family to stay out of exterminations and move between rings.
They also eventually managed to become powerful enough to CREATE children.
Seviathan’s new name would probably be Frederick Jr.

Ones you can barely spot on family portrait, and more explicitly, during her transformation into a full demon.
While this does go in-hand with popularity-obsessed agenda her type of character would have, I wonder If this could imply von Eldritch family have some kind of angelic origin. Perhaps being like-minded friends of Lucifer while he was an angel who, in protest, joined his and Lilith's exile in Hell.

Are we for sure Lilith and Lucifer are divorced? Lucifer still has his ring, Lilith being gone for 7 and a half years with Charlie having no idea where she is is very odd, since Lilith thrives in hell why would she leave it it can't be only cause she would divorce Lucifer and I doubt he would threaten Lilith's life giving her a reason to leave hell.
If Lilith is in fact Lilith and not just Eve pretending to be her, then her being in heaven could be for reasons not that aren't just wanting to vacation, like maybe her growing hell's power was seen as a threat and she was told angels would be even more gruesome to hell unless she stays away from demons so she is protecting her people by being distant. Or maybe Lilith has a mission in heaven doing what her daughter does and trying to see what makes a human good enough for heaven but her approach is by studying the humans souls in heaven? Science and psychology take a long time afterall.

They could keep the name "Seviathan" by putting it in the canon that he was named partially after Leviathan. Or maybe even go the extra mile and say it was a portmanteau of Leviathan and Satan.
Given Lucifer's disdain at the time of his introduction for sinner demons, it would be a fair assumption to make that the Von Eldritch family were hellborns. My guess were that they were either the previous royals, or the first Hellborn Lucifer encountered after falling into Hell, and whose connection to Lucifer was that they helped him get situated and learn all the ins and outs of Hell such that he was able to reign over it. Frederick Von Eldritch might therefore be the proverbial "man behind the man" -- the one who originally had the authority, but who recognized the potential power of a fallen angel and ceded said authority to him.
Kind of like how Zestial inspires far greater fear among the sinner demons as an ancient and enigmatic evil, and yet appears to have settled into a comfortable niche as the #2 of Carmilla Carmine. One has the knowledge, the other has the power, and they're both smart enough to recognize the other has what they lack.
Actually, now that I think about it, we might actually see the Von Eldritch family, and soon. If one of the last two episodes does indeed take place in Lucifer's domain, but his involvement in Hazbin Hotel means they can't have him make an appearance in Helluva Boss, Frederick Von Eldritch could be introduced as the workaround, IE: Introduce him as someone who, while not as high as Lucifer, is still close enough to him that he can reliably speak on his behalf.
And if they introduce the rest of the family in Hazbin Hotel, I'd be willing to bet that Hellsa's character will undergo a rewrite, and that, while she did date Seviathan for a while, she ultimately discovered she had more in common with Hellsa and felt closer to her instead. Which never became outright intimate because she was Hellsa's brother's girlfriend, but did plant the seed in Charlie's brain that it was okay to be bi (I honestly don't see Charlie as a strict lesbian because of how much she loves and cares for everyone in general) and leave the door open for Vaggie in the future.
Lucifer's friend is literally just the Monster Energy drink reskin shader of himself 😂 anyway go watch other shows like Melvin Macabre 🍖 and Space king 👑
