Burning Batsu wasn't the only character in Project Justice that used the izuna drop. He probably was the only one to use it as a burning vigor attack, though. I forget.
As badass and highly damaging move as Izuna Drop is, it's actually a double-edged sword if not done properly; either your enemy's head hits the floor, or yours. It's also impractical and close to impossible to pull off in an actual, no rules, fight, nor even in a professional fight. Pro Wrestling is the only place to pull it off, and it's still close to impossible to do. Not to mention both pro wrestlers have to work on each other's safety. Still a badass move in any video fighting game, nonetheless.
