Just wanted to clarify a few things I said in the video: 1. Lisa's skill doesn't always do more than her burst, it heavily depends on your em to atk ratio (and if you have C4 or not) as aggravate plays a huge part in how much damage her burst can do 2. The teammates I used in the Lisa comp are certainly not ideal whatsoever. Baizhu and Yaoyao are both good options for a dendro applier and Fischl is almost a must in most aggravate comps due to her A4. I try to make the character I focus do the most damage, which is one of the few reasons why I didn't end up utilizing these said characters. Thanks to Yuri Miracle and Dread Knight for bringing this to my attention and apologies for the inaccuracies this video displays.

@harewinter8357 ascension rank 4 talent that unlocks when you level her up so far. Or A4. You know how when you look at a character it has some talents at the bottom of the talent list that need to be unlocked through leveling them up an "ascending" them? Those are normally referred to as ascension talents. He was just highenating the words for easy translation an such. Hope that helps
As a Lisa main I am so happy Lisa is getting more love. She is so much fun to play and my favourite character. I remember when Dendro was first released, I was screaming because I was so happy Electro finally got buffed. Yes her kit might be a bit clunky, but you said it perfectly, seeing the hold E crit at the right time is so satisfying.

At c6 she gets all conductive stacks on switch in, with Baizhu or Kirara she could just spam her hold e and q every rotation making her feel a lot more like a quick swap sub DPS. My Lisa's at c3 like yours, but with higher cons, I'd say she's definitely well worth the investment
She’s a very good character. If you think she isn’t, you just don’t know how to use her. For a very long time she was the backbone of all my teams, alternating her elemental skill with the Traveler’s anemo elemental skill plus any other two basically got everything done easily. (Except the damn baby vishaps who roll around.)
With the introduction of dendro she’s a top tier starter unit. I joined during kaveh’s release and was fairly lucky bc I pulled kaveh, fischl and xingqiu (off banner) but i’ve used that team all game, i’m AR 50 now. even with a mediocre dendro unit and a niche electro unit hyperbloom stomps all content
She's actually decent with the introduction of Dendro. It's just that a lot of other characters are better/broken than her (Fischl for Aggravate and Kuki for Hyperbloom)
Nice guide video. And your chicken run was hella lucky because it didn't move from its place too much. For me it always turns into bulldozer and run across the whole map. Good thing i don't use any stationary set up there or i would be screwed. And i never bothered with whopperflowers, even when i played without cc. I guess my Itto does so much dmg that he can just oneshot them, but i'll try to group them next time just for fun. The croc strategy is basically the same as it was in previous abyss on 12-1, though it still can give a lot of pain if it suddenly decides to roll over to the other side of the arena when you already placed everything near it. Hate that bitcx. Funny thing that on my second account i had like 55 seconds to beat the Baptist boss, and still managed to do it, because of two em buffs from abyss cards, even though my Nahida was using prototype amber (for additional healing). Overall i find this abyss easier than the previous ones. I kinda understand why people hate it, but at same time for me it's finally the abyss where i can breathe freely. 😊
I did get lucky for the chicken run but the charge can be manipulated since it charges twice during its sequence. Also, two out of the three possible attack patterns during that phase trigger do keep it in the same location, so it's not too hard to get a good stationary run I'd say it really depends on what kind of characters you built. This abyss can be easier for people that have solid aoe teams as aoe is extremely valuable on one half in particular
@@TarZBlammo on my main account i focused on geo, to the point where i have two solid geo teams, that allowed me to 36* earlier abysses. At some point i thought that i needed some other type of a team just in case and that's where Ayato team (i made two variations: taser and vape) came. But when dendro dropped i started to feel suffocated in abyss, mostly because the only dendro unit i was really interested in on my main was Baizhu, and as you can tell i had to wait long for him. I made some sort of Tighnari team with Fischl and Kuki, but it's hella uncomfortable team. You see, because my goal is to get c6 Itto and c6 Zhongli (eventually i want c6 Albedo as well) i had to skip a lot of characters, and i mean a lot. I don't have Ayaka, Hu Tao, Alhaitham, Raiden, Yae Miko, Nahida etc. I do have free c1 Tartag just because the guy keeps stalking me, and i have units like Venti and Kazuha, because early game just forced me to roll for them, not that i use them often though. I also have Ganyu, but mostly because at the beginning i was rolling on every banner and i got Amos from the standard, so i thought i need a bow character for it. That's basically it. As you can see i don't have that many units to juggle with. And i'll keep rolling for geo characters, but starting from 3.0 the abyss was hella tough for me. Especially Wenut abyss, i kinda gave up there. I knew i probably would be able to get through if i build Collei, but i was lazy, and i wanted to save as much resources as i can for Baizhu that was around the corner. So i gave up, and got 35* out of 36 for the first time in a year of 36* abyss. My second account had better times, because there i decided to roll for characters i don't have on my main. Like Nahida, Yelan, Yoimiya, Eula etc. It has more variety in characters, though i still struggled in the last two or three abysses, because my Sucrose was only c2. When i got her c6 (thanx Shenhe banner), the struggle went down to minimum, though 12-1 in previous abyss took me weeks to figure out the team combinations and rotations. I waited for better buffs and rng was killing me. This time around the abyss was the first one in so many months that allowed me to use one and same teams for every room. Previously i had to switch teams around a lot and redo rooms with specific team for each of them, but now i simply entered and left without much of a problem. On my main i used my full Itto team (with Zhongli, usually i run Itto with Noelle), and on the second half i used burgeon Ayato with Baizhu, Xiangling and c6 Benny. On my second account i used aggravate Keqing with poorly build YaoYao, because i needed to move Nahida on the second half. And still managed to get 36* on both accounts with ease. I spent like an hour or two maybe.
Happy birthday, Lisa! Nahida and Kazuha are prime examples that Mihoyo doesn't have a problem with powercreep. They just judiciously decide which units they want to put it on and then make sure you suffer for the rest of a year at minimum if you have the temerity to skip them.

@@kyogre-blue Ahh... Well, I guess I can relate. I don't particularly like those two characters too (Nahida her design and Kazuha his gameplay) and it kinda sucks those kits weren't on character designs I preferred. But to "suffer", is it really that bad? Can I ask what specific teams those are?
@@chokeolatte Well, it's mostly because these characters simplify the DPS checks and are just easier to use, so if you're not a mechanical skilled player (me), it can be really annoying to have to keep passing them up because they stick the best kits on the worst writing. Kazuha specifically is basically irreplaceable for mono element teams and a lot of traditional elemental DPS. Nahida is outright required for a lot of more niche dendro teams because no one else can match her off field application. The latest one I saw was an addition to Klee's guide for Burgeon, which sounded very interesting, but then two paragraphs in just says "Dendro slot must be Nahida" and it was not the first time I saw that. Double Hydro is very strong but you better have Yelan lol. And before that, tbh I would LOVE Raiden's infinite poise but also hate Raiden, so.... Nahida is hands down the absolute worst though. She is the 100% example of Genshin not actually caring about balancing characters or avoiding powercreep or anything like that. They spat out this kit, they don't care about that.

Ratio-wise her kit has one of the highest of the Electro Units from the base game, the problem as Tar pointed out, is her gameplay, other units can maintain high DPS with lower requirements but Lisa's high damage comes from a 3 Stacked E hold, wich is only avaliable to you once every 15 seconds (Lower if you're procing reactions with Thunderfury set). Another big problem with her is that she cannot proc hyperbloom with her attacks on the seeds alone, rather it has a small AOE around the enemy you're attacking and that way she procs the seeds or use charge attacks ( if you did comissions where you have to destroy structures with her you know what i mean), meaning the enemy will have to be near the Dendro cores for them to be used effectively. You can use her on-field and get what you want, however her kit seems to revolve around a support-DPS playstyle.
Surprised Lisa still gets some love at this stage of the game. She has been my go to since the start of the game up until now. My ultimate Lisa team is made up of her, Kazuha, Fischl, and Baizhu. I also play her as an Aggravate DPS. Lisa is so much fun. ♥

Idk if anyone caught that but when he combined the srtifacts for the last time to get the crit rate circlet. One of the ones he used up was a crit rate circlet😂😂😂 granted he might have known and it just might not have been good idk
A precision about her C4: It does NOT increase her dmg in single target (outside of hyperbloom) because a single target can only be hit by one bolt per tick. What it does is that it lets her burst hit up to 3 targets per tick, prioritizing enemies over dendro cores, meaning that she gets better vs multiple enemies and can reliably hit dendro cores vs 1 or 2 enemies Thundering fury only outperforms GD above 300EM (thats why nahihi's EM share is important). That's kinda mitigated by the CDR but not completely Also get her C6 it makes her way more flexible and better in quickswap teams
I remember being kinda meh on Dendro, and then Yaoyao came out...finally I was able to try certain builds. Keqing went from being a benched character I loved, to a staple in my abyss clears.
If hoyoverse make her E tap can generate particles for energy recharge and enemies cant attack while her hold the E, Lisa would be awesome. I am Lisa main.
Lisa was my main dps in the beginning and also on my second account in the beginning, her reactions just rock in the early game. i should use her more often again
The Kenichi glazing is insane, since his entire schrick is that he's working his way up to being a lower-mid-tier Shounen protagonist and he has ridiculously less experience than almost anyone on this list, especially Goku, why spend must of his waking hours training in melee combat.
My Lisa is C1 and I have a DPS build for her, but since I focus mostly on my Hydro characters she is just there to apply electro reactions on my enemies but in certain domains when you need Electro she or Raiden are my two go to characters.
c4 lisa aggravate is actually really strong since it can bypass the ICD of aggravate.. probably among the electro character c4 lisa can easily abuse the aggravate reaction since she can hit 15 aggravate within the entire duration of her burst, the key to aggravate reaction is hit as many times as you can to continuously aggravate. since aggravate is a flat damage bonus, fast small hits really benefits from this. if your going to ask me the best team comps for lisa aggravate, its going to be fischl, sucrose, baizhu and Lisa. with this team, you dont need to Hold e. just tap e. since elemental skills have different ICD from basic attack and also charge attack have different ICD, alternating this 3 will you get more chances of aggravate. also elementary sharing is a must thats why sucrose is way better than kazuha for this. and fischl have no ICD for aggravate. baishu is for quicken activator, shielding, healing ang also sharing of elemental mastery.
My Lisa is C6 Level 90 rocking the widsith and 4pc thundering fury. She's killing it in the abyss with Nahida. Being able to cause reactions with the charged attack with no ICD is awesome. I actually play her on an all catalyst team I call Amaging. It consist of Tankfei, Nahida, Mona and Lisa. Tankfei is my healer and shielded with the R5 prototype amber.

Personally speaking from my experiences with Lisa agg, especially since mine is C4 with triple 9 talents, she can be really really good. I think the main disagreement I have with this is most of her damage being in her skill. It can be and it’s worth investing into especially for single target but post C4 in multi wave content like 12-1-1, her burst actually hard carries. Better than the rest of the agg options in my opinion. I got a 58 second clear in that chamber with Widsith. I would share the vid but streamables are the devil to RUclips and automatically delete my comments. The team was Lisa, Favonious Kazuha, Favonious Yao Yao on tenacity and Favonious, and Fischl on 2pc wanderer 2pc glad
I agree that at C4, her burst will likely out damage her skill, but this significantly depends on your em to atk ratio. With the multiple attacks from the burst, you'll have more chances to proc aggravate than her skill as a result (unless you group the enemies close enough for the skill to hit all of them). I should have specified this in the video though and this is my bad, my initial intention was to show why the radiating skill tech is important and this would detract from that
@@TarZBlammo All good, it’s difficult to actually test out since you don’t have it unless you have somebody’s account who has a C4 Lisa which is rare I will have to say however I think having Baizhu or Yao Yao over DMC is very much appreciated since agg teams in general rely on Fischl to really skyrocket single target damage and cause the particle gen is just insane. I don’t think you had either from what u can tell or just didn’t have enough resources to level Yao Yao if you had her In my experience I can get away with like 123 Energy recharge if I run her on field with favonious on Kazuha and Yao Yao with Fischl for the energy they provide so I usually run an attack time piece with a 2 gilded 2 glad. That being said I’ve heard from others who have played Lisa that 130 should be the goal for on field and in cases where the consecrated beasts leave you little room to attack or even be on field with a character as squishy as Lisa, having more recharge the better.
@@dreadknight2439 I didn't have the resources to properly level yao yao or baizhu since I funneled them towards leveling Lisa. Additionally, I didn't really want to use Fischl, mainly cause at that point, she would most likely do more damage than Lisa. I try to avoid the other characters in the party doing more damage than the character I am showcasing (it doesn't always work out but I do my best)
@@TarZBlammo Not sure how I feel about that, since i think it can spread some misinformation regarding the “best” teammates to use for her. I can understand the point of entertainment value over educational, but I’d rather people who want to play Lisa know more details since the amount of videos on her are fairly slim even if you look for them. At least the alternatives can clear but it depends on the amount of investment across multiple characters. Besides I think most aggravate teams lean on Fischl anyways, it’s not really a Lisa exclusive thing since even Yae wants their energy back for the staggering amount of damage they can do with their ult and a very large portion of Keqing’s damage does come from Fischl A4.
@@dreadknight2439 Completely fair, I think it's mainly cause when I started creating videos like this, I more focused on the specific character's capabilities, rather than trying to make a traditional guide video. I'll keep it in mind for future content to at least mention the ideal/best teammates to address these concerns
C6 is actually her best constellation, not c4 (which is still very good). Her c6 let's her apply max stacks to all enemies around her just by swapping on field.
I use her all the time and her charged attacks literally be hitting for 18k even with a mediocre build. she's sooo sleeper broken, sure she needs a lil more investment than turbo op charas like raiden but she'll still easily carry u thru any content the game can offer
as much as i love my lisa as support for my dps scara, i can feel the pain of dpsing her. But in my team she sometimes work as occasional dps because i can easily one hit minor opponents so she's always on my team
Personally, when I get her C6 I’m going to build her as a Skill Nuke with SacFrag and Golden Troupe. Her team would be Yao Yao or Baizhu, Kazuha and Kequing or Cyno if I manage to pull him.
This looks basically like my keqing team! Normally i run her with like keqing yae dendrotrav/nadida/kirara with kuki or i remove yae for kazuha for some extra big keqing dmg. I have been thinking of leveling lisa and im kinda confinced by this thanks :D also im shocked at how easy chamber 1 went for you those lectors always freeze me or oneshot me whenever i play lmao but i did manage to 36star

I used a burgeon comp for the electro oceanid as well... but I used Yanfei and hoarded two [2] archons so she would stay alive bc I suck at dodging and no amount of hours playing Hades can save me from that
I actually use lisa burst support in my eula team and amage wise, she only loses out to bennet and mika. She works well with baal too so when eula's ult isn't up, i can just use baal as the stand in dps.
For any new players lisa is the best main dps character you have, get xiangling stack elemental mastery and you will zhred with overloaded until you get around to ar 40 ish, lisa is a hard carry best part is these two are free
If I learned anything, it's do your own research. Lisa used to, at C1, regain energy for every single cast of her E It was apparently unintended, and they fixed it, but good God she used to regen so much energy it was completely broken. If people knew about it, she would've been considered easily one of the best charactesr in the game
Not really. What does all that energy regen matter if her burst doesn’t offer much besides def shred. Her damage is alright and her utility is also just alright. I don’t see how the bug made her one of the best characters

On my main i used my full Itto team (with Zhongli, usually i run Itto with Noelle), and on the second half i used burgeon Ayato with Baizhu, Xiangling and c6 Benny. On my second account i used aggravate Keqing with poorly build YaoYao, because i needed to move Nahida on the second half. And still managed to get 36* on both accounts with ease. I spent like an hour or two maybe.

Nahida and Kazuha are prime examples that Mihoyo doesn't have a problem with powercreep. They just judiciously decide which units they want to put it on and then make sure you suffer for the rest of a year at minimum if you have the temerity to skip them.
If you think players would "suffer" just by not pulling for these characters you mentioned, you've been entrapped in Hoyoverse's formula.

@@chokeolatte Well, it's mostly because these characters simplify the DPS checks and are just easier to use, so if you're not a mechanical skilled player (me), it can be really annoying to have to keep passing them up because they stick the best kits on the worst writing.
Kazuha specifically is basically irreplaceable for mono element teams and a lot of traditional elemental DPS. Nahida is outright required for a lot of more niche dendro teams because no one else can match her off field application. The latest one I saw was an addition to Klee's guide for Burgeon, which sounded very interesting, but then two paragraphs in just says "Dendro slot must be Nahida" and it was not the first time I saw that. Double Hydro is very strong but you better have Yelan lol. And before that, tbh I would LOVE Raiden's infinite poise but also hate Raiden, so....
Nahida is hands down the absolute worst though. She is the 100% example of Genshin not actually caring about balancing characters or avoiding powercreep or anything like that. They spat out this kit, they don't care about that.

Ratio-wise her kit has one of the highest of the Electro Units from the base game, the problem as Tar pointed out, is her gameplay, other units can maintain high DPS with lower requirements but Lisa's high damage comes from a 3 Stacked E hold, wich is only avaliable to you once every 15 seconds (Lower if you're procing reactions with Thunderfury set). Another big problem with her is that she cannot proc hyperbloom with her attacks on the seeds alone, rather it has a small AOE around the enemy you're attacking and that way she procs the seeds or use charge attacks ( if you did comissions where you have to destroy structures with her you know what i mean), meaning the enemy will have to be near the Dendro cores for them to be used effectively. You can use her on-field and get what you want, however her kit seems to revolve around a support-DPS playstyle.

A precision about her C4: It does NOT increase her dmg in single target (outside of hyperbloom) because a single target can only be hit by one bolt per tick. What it does is that it lets her burst hit up to 3 targets per tick, prioritizing enemies over dendro cores, meaning that she gets better vs multiple enemies and can reliably hit dendro cores vs 1 or 2 enemies
Thundering fury only outperforms GD above 300EM (thats why nahihi's EM share is important). That's kinda mitigated by the CDR but not completely
Also get her C6 it makes her way more flexible and better in quickswap teams
I remember being kinda meh on Dendro, and then Yaoyao came out...finally I was able to try certain builds. Keqing went from being a benched character I loved, to a staple in my abyss clears.

My Lisa is C1 and I have a DPS build for her, but since I focus mostly on my Hydro characters she is just there to apply electro reactions on my enemies but in certain domains when you need Electro she or Raiden are my two go to characters.
FE OST on a DPS Lisa showcase? Instant like.
c4 lisa aggravate is actually really strong since it can bypass the ICD of aggravate.. probably among the electro character c4 lisa can easily abuse the aggravate reaction since she can hit 15 aggravate within the entire duration of her burst, the key to aggravate reaction is hit as many times as you can to continuously aggravate. since aggravate is a flat damage bonus, fast small hits really benefits from this. if your going to ask me the best team comps for lisa aggravate, its going to be fischl, sucrose, baizhu and Lisa. with this team, you dont need to Hold e. just tap e. since elemental skills have different ICD from basic attack and also charge attack have different ICD, alternating this 3 will you get more chances of aggravate. also elementary sharing is a must thats why sucrose is way better than kazuha for this. and fischl have no ICD for aggravate. baishu is for quicken activator, shielding, healing ang also sharing of elemental mastery.
My Lisa is C6 Level 90 rocking the widsith and 4pc thundering fury.
She's killing it in the abyss with Nahida. Being able to cause reactions with the charged attack with no ICD is awesome.
I actually play her on an all catalyst team I call Amaging. It consist of Tankfei, Nahida, Mona and Lisa. Tankfei is my healer and shielded with the R5 prototype amber.

Personally speaking from my experiences with Lisa agg, especially since mine is C4 with triple 9 talents, she can be really really good.
I think the main disagreement I have with this is most of her damage being in her skill. It can be and it’s worth investing into especially for single target but post C4 in multi wave content like 12-1-1, her burst actually hard carries. Better than the rest of the agg options in my opinion.

I agree that at C4, her burst will likely out damage her skill, but this significantly depends on your em to atk ratio. With the multiple attacks from the burst, you'll have more chances to proc aggravate than her skill as a result (unless you group the enemies close enough for the skill to hit all of them). I should have specified this in the video though and this is my bad, my initial intention was to show why the radiating skill tech is important and this would detract from that

I will have to say however I think having Baizhu or Yao Yao over DMC is very much appreciated since agg teams in general rely on Fischl to really skyrocket single target damage and cause the particle gen is just insane. I don’t think you had either from what u can tell or just didn’t have enough resources to level Yao Yao if you had her
In my experience I can get away with like 123 Energy recharge if I run her on field with favonious on Kazuha and Yao Yao with Fischl for the energy they provide so I usually run an attack time piece with a 2 gilded 2 glad.
That being said I’ve heard from others who have played Lisa that 130 should be the goal for on field and in cases where the consecrated beasts leave you little room to attack or even be on field with a character as squishy as Lisa, having more recharge the better.
@@dreadknight2439 I didn't have the resources to properly level yao yao or baizhu since I funneled them towards leveling Lisa. Additionally, I didn't really want to use Fischl, mainly cause at that point, she would most likely do more damage than Lisa. I try to avoid the other characters in the party doing more damage than the character I am showcasing (it doesn't always work out but I do my best)

Not sure how I feel about that, since i think it can spread some misinformation regarding the “best” teammates to use for her. I can understand the point of entertainment value over educational, but I’d rather people who want to play Lisa know more details since the amount of videos on her are fairly slim even if you look for them.
At least the alternatives can clear but it depends on the amount of investment across multiple characters. Besides I think most aggravate teams lean on Fischl anyways, it’s not really a Lisa exclusive thing since even Yae wants their energy back for the staggering amount of damage they can do with their ult and a very large portion of Keqing’s damage does come from Fischl A4.
@@dreadknight2439 Completely fair, I think it's mainly cause when I started creating videos like this, I more focused on the specific character's capabilities, rather than trying to make a traditional guide video. I'll keep it in mind for future content to at least mention the ideal/best teammates to address these concerns

C6 is actually her best constellation, not c4 (which is still very good). Her c6 let's her apply max stacks to all enemies around her just by swapping on field.
I find Venti better for her than Kazuha. He refunds energy and has a better cc so it's easier to tap e and use hold e.

I use her all the time and her charged attacks literally be hitting for 18k even with a mediocre build. she's sooo sleeper broken, sure she needs a lil more investment than turbo op charas like raiden but she'll still easily carry u thru any content the game can offer

as much as i love my lisa as support for my dps scara, i can feel the pain of dpsing her. But in my team she sometimes work as occasional dps because i can easily one hit minor opponents so she's always on my team

This looks basically like my keqing team! Normally i run her with like keqing yae dendrotrav/nadida/kirara with kuki or i remove yae for kazuha for some extra big keqing dmg. You can change dendro character to a Sara C6 to do a big pp dmg on Lisa but overall dmg will be lower ,but its fun to do a showcase with Sara
I used a burgeon comp for the electro oceanid as well... but I used Yanfei and hoarded two [2] archons so she would stay alive bc I suck at dodging and no amount of hours playing Hades can save me from that
I actually use lisa burst support in my eula team and amage wise, she only loses out to bennet and mika. She works well with baal too so when eula's ult isn't up, i can just use baal as the stand in dps.

For any new players lisa is the best main dps character you have, get xiangling stack elemental mastery and you will zhred with overloaded until you get around to ar 40 ish, lisa is a hard carry

It was apparently unintended, and they fixed it, but good God she used to regen so much energy it was completely broken. If people knew about it, she would've been considered easily one of the best charactesr in the game
Not really. What does all that energy regen matter if her burst doesn’t offer much besides def shred. Her damage is alright and her utility is also just alright. I don’t see how the bug made her one of the best characters
