The Cajon Valley Union School District Governing Board and district office staff work tirelessly over the summer to prepare for a smooth opening of the school year. To welcome teachers and school staff "Back to School", they got together for a day of fun, collaboration, teamwork and yes... dancing. We are so appreciative of all our employees! I saw this video at the 2017 CSEA Conference along with the other hundreds of jealous attendees. I wish the atmosphere at the school district I work at were this happy and productive! I remember telling myself that I want to move to Cajon Valley just to work under David Miyashiro's management! Sadly, many of the administrators in the district in which I work are hypocritical bullies toward us all; worse than the students are to each other. :(
To all of the Cajon Valley USD employees: If this is an accurate portrayal of your reality, then you are the luckiest group of school employees I know... and I know A LOT!
