@@jollygrapefruit786Yes and no. Rare’s Goldeneye compared to EA’s TWINE definitely has its differences. Goldeneye was definitely the more addicting game of the two. Even modders to this day keep it alive with the custom maps and the 2006 leak that came out. Hell it won game of the year in 1997 for shooters. Some days I wish Rare made TWINE instead of Perfect Dark, but it is what it is.
I hope TWINE was moddable like GoldenEye N64
You forgot to mention it has an option for bots in multiplayer

It made it the predecessor to perfect dark. Me and my old best friend would play these 2 games against bots for hours. I miss him so much.

The sticky grenades in multi-player were insanely op
Lol this. The range on those grenades was ridiculous. You could literally be halfway across the map and still be killed by one

007 TWINE is also a classic. If you loved Goldeneye then you’ll like TWINE. It has better visuals, missions are very well thought out and the gadgets and weapons are great.

It took my family rewatching the movie in order to understand what you do after Renard in the tunnel and the explosion. Was really fun having a "guide" by watching the movie

I really liked this one better, better atmosphere and really nailed the spy aspect of the game

TWINE is such an underrated FPS and Bond game. Good graphics, reload animations, and tons of gadgets. Multiplayer was far superior to GoldenEyes. It had different game modes and the ability to add bots. GoldenEye will always be the better game but TWINE was an excellent sequel.
I love this game, one of my favorites of all time. I still play it with friends because of the multiplayer and co op against bots.
I just rebought a Nintendo 64 yesterday after selling it more than a decade ago! Only game I bought so far with it is goldeneye and oooh man the nostalgia that I got!! That feeling is unlike anything else

TWINE was a fun game, but the true “sequel” to Goldeneye was Perfect Dark.

You could play multiplayer alone. I’ll never forget being able to have npc enemies. Goldeneye just cast too big of a shadow on it!

I had the blue version. Made it all the way to the end but never finished the last level. The sideways sub escape pissed me off

I hated this game when i was younger. I wanted another Goldeneye, and this wasnt quite the same. Maybe i should give it a second chance if i ever find it again.
Honestly goldeneye is GOAT still but I probably played world is not enough just as much. Legendary blue

Cant wait to get me a copy of Golden Eye. Couldnt really enjoy it as young teenager because the game gave me motion sickness. Now as an adult i was able to fix the motion sickness.

My cousin used to have The World Is Not Enough on the blue cartridge on the N64
when I was a kid I actully liked World is not enough more than goldoneye I thought the story mode was better cause it was easier for me, but I was like 7 or 8. but multiplayer in Goldoneye was always better.

The world is not enough on the n64 is better in every aspect. It even has voice lines. I have it in the blue cartridge and I love this game.

I remembered when we went off and purchased 007 World is not Enough for the N64 back in 2002/2003. I had a lot of fun and still do to this day playing both N64 James Bond 007 games Goldeneye & World is Not Enough. Goldeneye was a big deal as like mentioned it was the Game that popularized FPS on Console and the 1st to have split Screen multiplayer. Its a shame that Rare never made a sequel to Goldeneye and that EA ended up making James Bond Titles for next few years on PS2 and Xbox with I believe From Russia with Love being their last release, Activision being the current person with the James Bond 007 License. Honestly it is a shame we have not had a decent 007 game in the past decade since Goldeneye Reloaded came out back in 2013/2012ish. I would love until the new bond is chosen for Activision bring back Brosnan, Dalton or Lazenby to come back as the voice actor for a new Bond game kind of what they did with From Russia With Love Video Game they brought back Sean Connery to voice Bond 007, so why not create a ne Bond Game with one of the aforementioned bonds above it will be a huge seller.
