Install a system similar to 'stop start' like in modern vehicles, so when you brake to flip the car, the engine turns off and when you are upright again the engine starts.
He just needs a flexible hose with a weight on the end for the fuel pickup. As the car rolls the weight and pickup falls in the same direction as the fuel.

Should put some rails on hydraulic cylinders that pop out while you're upside down and allow you to keep rolling haha.
There might be a way to auto deploy some more roll bar while the car is upside down to reduce that harsh slam back onto the wheels.
