I love panzanella salad. It's even better if you keep the bread until the next day and make it when it's a little stale. I dry mine out on the oven but for those that are in a dorm, keeping it overnight would work.

Steph2Style i got a reaallly good skin oil at TJ Maxx the other day, its by The Coco Kind and its just coconut oil, rosehip oil and avocado oil, just those three oils and its organic. ive been loving it. its small but has lasted me more than two months and i use it liberally. cheers!

Hey Amanda, I don't know if you check these, but I would like to ask that when fall semester swings back around if you could do a video on things you found helpful having in your dorm and how you chose to decorate. I am finally getting to college and I am trying to decorate my dorm, but I've never decorated before and I am nervous about not having a full kitchen at my disposal. Please and thank you, love to see your videos; they're always so upbeat.

You really should be eating maximum 30 minutes after a workout. You need to replenish your glycogen and protein. If you don't your muscles won't heal properly. It's really important especially if you're trying to lose weight. This meal/snack should also be high in protein like 20-25 grams.

Lisa Jane everyone has days like that where you're less hungry. for girls especially it can change throughout the month.
I have days where I eat double the amount of food I generally eat because I'm extra active or I'm not as stressed out (I undereat when I feel upset or anxious). Appetite can vary drastically, so one full day of eating doesn't really entail that someone could have an eating disorder or anything like that. I'm sure Amanda eats plentifully for her body type! :)

Amanda, I need your advice. I have recently been diagnosed with anorexia but I don't believe it. I just think I am underweight and have disordered thoughts about food but I don't restrict what I eat. They put me on a meal plan where I have to eat a lot, even though i already eat twice the amount of everyone around me. I have researched so much but i still don't understand why they diagnosed me as anorexic when anorexia is mainly focused around restricting and I don't do that. It just makes me angry because no one understands that I ma just simply underweight not anorexic! I just don't know what to think anymore :(

Laura Papp talk to your doctor, family and therapist if you have one! make sure everyone knows you are not in denial, you just genuinely think your disordered thoughts are not anorexia related. im sorry you've been misunderstood, but im happy for you that the people around you love you so much they recognized your disordered eating and got you help, even if they were a bit off the mark.
