I really wanted to do 75 hard but I don’t have the routines already in place, after watching this I think 75 soft is a great place for me to start! You did amazing!!
the progress may be slower with 75 Soft, but if it works for your schedule, that's all that matters!! good luck with your journey and thank you for the kind words 🥰

Here are my rules for the 75 soft:
1) move 30 minutes a day (workout, swimming, power yoga, or 10000 steps). If getting sick: swap workout with leisurely walk, yin yoga. Whenever possible add core workout routine.
2) 90% healthy food; 1 glass per occasion social drinking
3) more than 2 L water 💦
4) 5 minutes meditation
5) 10 minutes journaling/reflection
6) reading: continue the kindle/audible reading habit from 2023

Good luck to you both as well, you got this!!💪💪💗 😊 update 16.01.24 🥗: mostly stuck to the challenge except on days when I got a cold.
Especially love the journaling 📕part of it and looking forward everyday to include salad, fruits and nuts 🥗🥜 🍇🍉🍌Have also been make energy balls (recipe from the internet) in the weekends and use it as a snack in the morning before work.
Movement 🤸♂️has been the most challenging on fully busy days at work. However trying to squeeze in active yoga in the evening on those days.

The daily workout clips were SO MOTIVATING bc it all adds up 👏🏽

Yeah I LOVED the way she edited that together. It’s definitely inspired me to do something similar with weekly workout photo dumps on Instagram. Just so I can go back and look at them when I’m having those rough days when it all feels pointless.

loveee this for youuu the difference is so dramatic and I love that you didn't go in just thinking about how you could change your physique. I love this so much, Amanda! Your "keep going, even if you're not perfect" mindset is so powerful. The difference is amazing, not just physically but mentally (and in your sleep and energy).
Could you please make a video about how you balance your healthy lifestyle and going out? I love going out and I love fitness, but going out is so much more fun in the AM LOL and of course there is work so we cannot be sipping mimosas by 4 o'clock on a tuesday LOOL 😂
My point is, I loved when you bought your friends to the 5K with you, and I loved hearing that you still went out drinking and to festivals.

I can totally see a difference from the beginning of this video to the end!! I am planning to start 75 Soft challenge tomorrow, Starting with a walk! I’m already doing the gym 3 days a week and I will be occasionally doing a walk after a workout!

i have a scale that’s digital & connects to a phone app & it gives you all the stats you shared in the video!!! it’s super helpful because like you said, your overall weight on the scale can only tell you so much. but it’s nice to see newer scales are incorporating everything now🙏🏽 also congratulations on completing the challenge💕💕

Don’t worry about not working out on the days you worked all day cause you burned tons of calories. I lost 20 lbs working a second job, not watching what I ate but moving throughout the day.

Im really interested in doing this challenge however the only thing i would do differently that i can see right now is i would only do it during the week weekends would be recoverg days because thats what i do already i workout monday through friday and i dont do it on Saturday and sundsys because those are me days.

Doing a 5K *without preparation* is not an ideal example... anyone else who does not know his her body well or stuggles with any issues should not bluntly try doing runs like such... beter safe than sorry...
And much is too be said for long daily walks instead of trying to participate in races/ runs, marathons ... just like a boxer is properly a lousy ballerina or a karateka/sailor/basketball player is not a great long distance runner...
Some bodies are not made for the impact of running ....
