everything depends on your interest if you are not happy then it will affect you, for basic web development you should know html, css and javascript but for data analyst you should have knowledge of python. so according to demand and supply, supply of web developer is more than data analyst. and basic web development is easy but for awesome website you should be expert in javascript and its library and framework and css also
