I'm black and have been listening to then all my life I'm 51 years old 😂👍🏾one of the best rock music of all time 👍🏾
Love you man
Led Zeppelin is the best rock band of all time.
great music has no color great music is timeless
I'm a lobster and I've been listening to blowfish music for 94 years
@@try2enjoythedaylight785 - I'm German and I really DO try to listen to 'em but I keep backsliding to Martial music and drinking songs.
I saw 'em Nov. '72. Great cover band out of SF is Zeparella.
Jimmy Page has just written on his RUclips, that he is very pleased that after 50 years, that may of your generation are discovering Zeppelin's music!
He is pure genius!
Julie Manarin ooh yes he is..
proof (people will say) listen the the EPIC CELTIC BATTLE WHITE SUMMER..
all the proof one needs..
And Jimmy likes her generation too. His current girlfriend is 28.
@@Frankincensedjb123 Well at least she is past the 27 club, phew!
He needs to chew out Warner and tell them to quit going after all these people who are bringing in new customers. Going after reactors is one of the dumbest business decisions I've ever seen. It's free advertising for a new generation.
My parents listen to them, I listened to them still today, and my son listens to them. 😊
Greatest Rock and Roll band Ever!!!!!!!!! Ever.
All hail the mighty Led Zep !!
I just love how often Page saves his tastiest licks for the last few bars of a tune.
Saw them with 70,000 Led Heads at Tampa Stadium in '70. 4 master musicians together making true art.
I was there.
@@1perfectpitch I wasn't .... 😭 ...... 🤧 ...... 😧 ...... 😬 ......
Hmmm. Jonesy had a lot of experience in the studios she done a lot more than what you would realize. He's been on a lot of albums he's been on a lot of other albums from popular bands before Led Zeppelin.
@@cassmcmlix you could be right about it being '73. My memory of the '70s is like dust in the wind.
Rich Diana , Pontiac Michigan Silverdome ‘77. They ruined concerts for me, no one I’ve seen since came close, and I’ve seen a bunch.
Led Zeppelin is the best rock band ever.
Led Zeppelin does have lots of soul!
They are THE best band ever...no bad songs!
#DamnedFacts
LOLOLOL!!!!
I agree sugar darlin, Led has always been my fave!
solidly top 25
@SHAD DURACK not true, Presence rocks. Check out Achilles Last Stand and you'll see what I mean
Still get goosebumps after 50 years of this ! It means it's awesome still. That's the lasting power of Led Zeppelin I do believe. Most amazing band from the 70's.
"The Blues Had A Baby (And They Named it Rock and Roll)"
Led Zeppelin-the battle of evermore
OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY
By Led Zeppelin
John Bonham and John Paul Jones by far the best rhythm section in rock...plant and page what more can be said..simply the best .
But Neil and Geddy tho
@@bl4454 Exactly! By far? C'mon anybody ever listen to War Pigs ever? Ever hear of Moon and Entwistle? Hell...McCartney and Starr were pretty good I hear. Lol. Can anybody these days just own up to having a favorite without challenging the world to a duel over supremacy? Geddy and Neil indeed!
Nobody doubts that Bonham is on the short list but My God listen to a Deep Purple song or something sometime so guys like Bc Lowry and I can live life without endangering splitting our sides with laughter at your simplicity and binary dualism.
Zeppelin had a serious appreciate for the gospel blues. Believe it or not Led Zeppelin put there own take on two old time gospel blues songs by Blind Willie Johnson; namely Nobody's Fault but Mine, and In My Time of Dying. Both songs are incredible.
You have to react to Led Zeppelin live at Madison Square Garden 1973: Stairway to Heaven, The Song Remains the Same, and Dazed and Confused! you will LOVE IT girl! You can see them ROCK up close and personal!!
Love me some Led Zeppelin!!!
The influences are evident.
This one has always been one of the greatest. But JPJ is underestimeted on this one. Love the sound from he is husstling around on that bass
This was JPJ's riff. He came up with it and the group created such a unique song.
Love watching people hearing this for the first time - a song played half in 4/4 and the other half in 5/4 with constant interruptions......
Genius amazing to this day gives me chills!!
JPJ BONZO, incredible rythem, only ones close moon entwistle
Best band ever I seen led zeppelin in 1979 before we lost the greatest drummer ever. Love you girl .💛
You have an epic and wildly varying journey ahead of you! You havnt even scratched the surface of zeppelins epic catalogue yet, and dont even get me started on the live stuff,
Brilliant doesnt even beginto describe just how good they were.
Best band ever!
"I don't know, but I've been told a big leg woman ain't got no soul" best line in rock & roll history by the greatest band ever.
Gettin the LED out, hellll YEAH!!!!
Just stumbled across this but love it. Grew up at this stuff but I love how you are knowledgeable and just put your body in your mind into it. I can tell you're a decent musician if not a fantastic musician just by that.
Girl I just love watching you get into the music. You make me want to dance sitting in my seat. Great reaction. I first heard this song back in 1985...the year I graduated. I went to a Baptist church...but growing up in my brand of Baptist church I wasn't allowed to listen to anything with a beat or bass or electric guitar. I was robbed of all kinds of music. So you must know that the first 2 bands, 1 guitarist-singer and 1 male singing group I ever heard after getting my liberation was the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Chuck Berry and The Four Tops. Boy did I find out what real music was. I knew that all the music that would come after those groups better thank their lucky stars for the paths of those musicians before them because it created all kinds of varieties of music and those paths led to the music we have today. This is why I love to watch reaction videos.
That's what we were cutting too for sure back then lol... miss them day. Love reliving through ur reactions.. entire albums straight through tells the story between their albums
You're cool Missy. It's a joy to watch your reactions/assessments. Happy 2021.
Got that "digging it" stank face goin
Another great reaction! Love watching you go down the rabbit hole. Greatest band ever! I left a bunch of suggestions and links on your other zeppelin reactions, but would like to add, "Your time is gonna come", and "The Lemon Song".
John Henry Bonham(BONZO)...those drums...
SMOKIN!
Highly recommend from Zeppelin- All of my love. Beautiful song! Robert’s 3 yr old son died from a virus. He wrote this song in tribute of his baby. It’s show a different side of Zeppelin and was a huge #1 hit.
Great reaction as usual!!!
The song was named black dog because when they were recording this album a lost black Labrador kept on following them around so they named one of their songs off this album after the black Labrador
Too true
That’s pretty far from the truth. A Black dog in English folklore represents an restless apparition or like maybe a “hellhound” for lack of a better description
Such a classic drum rhythm...
Led Zeppelin does have lots of soul!!!
Great reaction...thanks for posting more Zepplien. I'd love to hear your reaction to "How many more times" from the first album.
You rock...
Daniel McHenry is like to hear her reaction. To it live from 70 royal Albert hall.. 20 minutes..!!
Hi, another great song from the greatest rock band. Love from Portugal.
Great reaction every song by them brings back great memories good times !!!
Always ready to Rock N roll with you!!!
Awesome reaction! You are so real!
Bring it on Home or really anything from the live at Royal Albert Hall show.
Also I just gotta say, you've got another dude crushing hard over here. Ugh. You rock. That smile. That mind.
I think i attended their best ever gig at Knebworth in '79.
They were on toppest form every one of them.
@@TheCornishCockney oh man I am super jealous. I'm 33 so I'be never got to see my all time favorite perform!
I heard this song in freshman year.....next day i bought a guitar. Yee haw never looked back 3i years lster still jammin. Cool reaction keep having fun. 😆
Music breaks down barriers. Bless Up
Grooving reaction, glad you liked it.
I think that's the best reaction you've given so far. When you react, we want to know what you think of it.
Impossible not to nod your head to this
Good morning from up north. Good song to start the day off with.
That's baby making music right there. We now have a kid together .
yes, parents of teenagers in the 70s were not fans of Led Zeppelin LOL great song choices so far, other suggestions: Stairway To Heaven. Babe I'm Gonna Leave You. Rock And Roll.
My mother likes Zeppelin. She had this album back in the day. But, AC/DC is her favorite band. She's even been to one of their concerts, (AC/DC that is)...
my mom was into Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra

led zeppelin. always deliver.
Zeppelin!!! I love when beautiful ladies listen to me! (doesn’t happen often) 🤣
You so cool glad I subscribed, you make me smile
Following you now!❤
Early Rock music is sped up blues music. British bands were amazed, even enamored with blues records imported from the U.S. in the 50's. They were not restricted from listening to black music like white American counterparts.
To Europeans in the 50's and 60's, their was not a racial separation, there was a class division. Many British people live very poor and in ghetto neighborhoods. So the blues spoke to them very personally, since it explained their daily lives. So bands like Led Zeppelin tried to capture that in their own music.
LOVE YOUR PASSION FOR THE MUSIC THAT I GREW UP ON. 🤗😍❤
Imagine my young friend, this was just 1 song in a 3+hour performance they were Amazing, I was blessed. Ft. Worth,TX '77...Love, Peace, Aloha.. ........
This song is a little more technical than it appears the drums and vocals are in 4/4 time and the bass and guitar are in 5/4 time
Not so sure it was just 4/4 and 5/4 but I'm not a musician. ruclips.net/video/UvOm2oZRQIk/видео.html
Thats Bonzo for ya...
It still works even though it shouldnt!
You’re awesome!
ring my bell lol, love that song
For something a bit different from the same led Zeppelin, try That's the Way or Ramble On or Gallows Pole. You will see why they are one of the greatest bands as they can change style and do Folk, or Blues just as good as Rock.
Ramble On!
Ramble on - love that song
I've never seen anybody do That's The Way, and that's an incredible song. It's like a layer cake with pure beauty of stringed instruments just slathered on top of each other until you almost faint from the bliss. At least that's what I feel like when I hear it. Haunting.
Gallows Pole for sure! Awesome tune.
I love the stank face the whole time. This song is purely amazing and so is your reactions
Reminds me of 1982, I think I had something in my eye to, the first time I heard it.
In music, this what’s called a “call and response” song between the lead singer and the band. Also of note, John Bonham wasn’t just keeping time and rhythm with Jones bass playing, but was also playing with Page’s lead guitar, which is extremely unusual and difficult. Bonham also did the same in “Immigrant Song” and “Fool in the rain” amongst others.
Girl....You're a rock star!
Not only do you understand this shit instinctively, you crack me up. It's fucking hilarious. This is so wonderful. I wish you were still active. It doesn't seem like you are but hey man that's a good body of work right there. Hope you are doing well.
I listened to you long time ago, your awesome to me
Get some! U rock it babe!
Binge watching you girl- love when you break it down- with the beat, rythym and lyrics!! 💛🤘🏼✌️
I am ready to Rock N Roll!!!
I love watching people hear these gods for the first time. Nobody expects the level of excellence each one brings to the table. Still the best band ever.
any zepplin is good :) thanks for reaction!
It's easier to tell you the 3 or 4 songs to avoid in the last 2 albums than reveal to you a favorite in the first 5. Keep rocking Princess , and keep driving the young studs crazy.
Greatest love song writing band ever... almost every song said the word babe or pretty babe, or something... loved th3ir woman for sure hahaha, and woman loved them
B4 i even watch this here reaction - u ain't prepared. my prediction sexi.
Are you ready to rock and roll? Cause I'm ready to rock and roll... Lets rock and roll!!!
This song hits me in the stomach everytime. Plant's phrasing and voice, Page's insane guitar and Bonham's equally insane drumming as well as the alluring lyrics. Jesus! Everytime.
Paul Jones?
Great jam great Guitar
Gettin' the Led out....
I love how her facial expressions to the very first lyric go from interested to straight disgusted...but TOTALLY into it.
The battle of evermore! And you will see what the led zeppelin spirit real is.
Always thinking of you :*
Now that was heavy baby...
I noticed when you're listening to the music you've got your rock 'n' roll face on 😝🤘
in the light, led Zeppelin
Was a hell of a song, hell if a band,I grew up in the 70s and early 80s....and am guitar player, was a hell of an influence!!
You started rubbing your eye, I thought it was gonna pop outta your head. Hahaha.
I love when you are grooving to the music! You need to listen to the studio version of Since I've Been Loving You! Also When the Levee Breaks!
They never made a bad song!
@@juliemanarin4127 i genuinely cant think of 1
Truth...
Julie Manarin nope.. even on in through the out door. There country song KILLS IT..
@@TRUMP-2024-STF i ,ike hot dog lol
I first heard this when I was 7 or 8 cuz the grits in the back of the school bus would play this and stuff like ac/dc on cassette via a crappy boombox. Good times.
grits were kinda like white-trash metal heads. Lotta denim.
This is the first song on their fourth and untitled and un-named album. Critics were saying Zep wasn’t a rock and roll band. This album was there response. You should react to the second song, “Rock and Roll”. I think they did a good job of shooting the finger at their critics.
@
Anita Paulus "Critics were saying Zep wasn’t a rock and roll band. This album was there response." Didn't know that fact.
I am sure it’s already been posted, they were staying in a cottage, Robert Plant would walk around outside trying to write songs and there was an old black dog that used to follow him around everywhere he went, so he named the song, “black dog”
Your captivating👋😀
The pinnacle of hard rock groups. Nobody was ever able to out do them.
You get it that's what I love about you
I play led Zeppelin for my wife and she just stares at me with a blank face, "turn it down that's just noise"
The perfect band that’s all I got to say nuff said
I grew up with ZEP- and my most favorite song of all time is>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> BRING IT ON HOME
You can certainly hear the voice of temptation in Robert Plant's voice and every song he sings. Imagine folks came from listening to Pat Boone and Tony Bennet laid back crooner music to the aggressiveness of Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath.
Parents back then had no choice but to call it devil music. Fast forward 30 years and they said the same about Hiphop music. It all a big washing machine, curing everything in cycles.
This rabbit hole is deep... There is no such thing as a bad Zeppelin ... WANT SOME DEEP GOSPEL BLUES? " IN MY TIME OF DYING" from the Celebration Day CD/concert...THE best cut of that song
