食材:
500克巴丁鱼、1颗蛋清,1勺盐,1勺胡椒粉,300克酸菜、半颗白萝卜、2包金针菇、1块姜、4瓣大蒜、2根小米辣椒、1把干辣椒、1把花椒
做法:
1)鱼片加入1颗蛋清,1勺盐,1勺胡椒粉抓匀,腌制10分钟备用
2)少油炒香姜片蒜小米椒,倒入酸菜炒香加入一碗清水,大火煮开
3)加入白萝卜,1勺盐,盖上盖着焖5分钟;后再加入金针菇,煮软捞出备用
4)汤底煮开逐片放入鱼块,盖上盖子焖1分钟就煮好可以装盘了
5)热油放入干辣椒&花椒爆香,淋热油在酸菜鱼上加上香菜即可享受啦❤️

practice:
