One thing that's most amazing about Tatiana's vocals isn't really her ability to growl. There are lots of women who can do that. Same with the heavenly cleans. But for her it's the ability to switch back and forth on a dime, and then back again as if nothing happened. She has all of the skills of a pop star, all of the skills of a growler and she is fearless. If you want to see her versatility I would strongly suggest "Perennial" Live at Wacken 2019, For more of her intense vocals I would suggest "Pit of Consciousness" Live in Kiev. Or their recently released video for their song "Home Back". And another thing. There isn't a huge amount of studio tricks involved. Yes she does use vocal tracks on occasion to harmonize with etc. But every one does that. Also anything she does in the studio she can do live. So there is that.

Los he visto dos veces en directo y sí, Tatiana es totalmente REAL, no es la única metal front woman que puede hacer growls y fry scream, pero sí que es (en mi opinión) una de las mejores combinando false chords, fry y voz limpia, es una JEFA. \m/

Tatiana: Tremenda voz, y muy versátil (es ella de verdad, un ligero reverb a veces y una segunda voz en otro tono, voz pregrabada por ella misma mientras canta en estilo growl). En vivo no cambia mucho, y en sus videos a capella, se nota su talento. Otras cantantes con el mismo estilo (voz limpia y growl): Alissa White-Glutz (Arch Enemy), Vicky Psarakis (The Agonist).

Regarding her "Satanic" voice: If you were a selfless fish (Pisces) who wanted to see the world but was a bit skittish, and then got into the nets and was hooked by handsome butchers who proceed to rip away your scales and entrails (emeralds)... you'd growl too! So you see, sometimes the lyrics call for extreme vocals in a song. Tatiana (who's not singing as someone possessed, so you can toss the garlic back into the spaghetti sauce) wrote an incredible story and sang about it the way it deserved to be sung... as with most of her songs. Some vocalist just keep singing in their nice and charming voice even when the lyrics call out desperation. Not so with Tati. Her extreme expression - a rare ability - adds so much more to a song... especially if you follow the music with the lyrics and how the beautiful cacophony tells the story.

I never get tired of seeing first time reactions to Jinjer! 😂 Even though I was previously not a fan of Metal music with scream/growl harsh vocals, but I instantly fell in love with Jinjer when I discovered them near the end of last year due to their fantastic songwriting and musicianship and the incredible vocals of Tatiana, with her ability to instantly transition from beautiful clean singing into some of the best harsh vocals I've heard, female or male. BTW, you did a nice scream at the end!

Fun reaction and great analysis. Impressive vocals of your own. :) subbed. Lots of editing on this, but there is a live at Wacken version if you want a reality check - the one part she has trouble with live is needing an extra second to switch into belting so she growls the belting part live.
For next steps, Perennial at Wacken shows off her cleans with some great growls. Who Is Gonna Be The One shows of her growls with some great cleans - and she still has surprises to show. The song with best belting is I Speak Astronomy but the best live recording is from the Alive In Melbourne full set video using the links to individual songs in the video description (or if you just want to binge some of their best stuff and to heck with reactions I wouldn't blame you haha). I’m always surprised when I see people be so surprised by Tatiana. She is one of the best ever but I saw Otep in 2004, Arch Enemy when Angela Gossow was there singer, so I find it funny that people are shocked by Tatiana. But that said I do think Tatiana is an amazing vocalist but also the band are so talented and write and play really cool music. Pisces doesn’t even scratch the surface of what they are capable of. One of my favourite bands out there at moment
Have you heard *The Warning* ? They are 3 sisters from Mexico whose cover of Metallica’s Enter Sandman went viral in 2014 (22+ million views). They just finished recording their 3rd album and the 15-year old bassist has a signature guitar coming out from Spector. A cada rato te estamos mandando de un agujero a otro :)). Hay un artista que no puedes dejar afuera. Toma nota para mas adelante si no tienes tiempo ahora. Artista Chino, compositor, se presento en 2013 en el programa Chino Super Boy otro como Singer, con la diferencia que Singer es para ya famosos. El componia pero tenia cancion sin letra asi que se presento con un vocalize solo porque estaba aburrido y no tenia otra cosa que hacer. De tres jueces solo una que es una cantante muy famosa en China tomo interes y vio lo que habia delante de ella e hizo que los otros jueces accedieran a pasarlo. Entro al programa, y en este particular concurso se les puso instructores de todo, canto, baile, expresion corporal, tenian hasta nutricionistas. Bueno que ellos pagaban todo y te hacian un artista que luego por supuesto tenia que remunerarlos trabajando para ellos por algunos anos con sueldos muy bajos. Pero bueno, eso es politilqueria. La cosa es que lo pulieron y lo que salio fue un Marciano. Yo soy Dear, pero tambien soy Marcian. El se parece a Dimash en que no le gusta encacillarse en un genero u otro y ademas sabe utilizar su cuerpo entero para contarte la cancion. Me encantaria que siguieras la carrera de este chico como lo hiziste con Dimash, o sea desde el principio. Te dejo el link de su primera presentacion, creo que como instrtuctora te gustara ver el progreso de un artista dese sus comiezos. There is at least one coach who is trying to learn to growl but she says she is not there yet. She does sing covers on her channel in order to let us know that she does in fact know what she is talking about. This particular song surprised her as much as anybody else, she had no idea that women could do that. She's such a sweetheart that she decided to try something new. She should put some song out supposedly this year so we can find out how good she is at growling. She's just not ready yet. I cannot wait! :)
