Silver Dollar City is in a nearby state. I went there when I was very small. I was so surprised to see it in your collection! It's hard to believe anyone from France would want to go there, but I'm glad you did. 🤠
I'm kind of surprised that it's essentially the same ride. I figured it would be a little more coastery this time considering SDC has been knocking it out of the park with coasters lately.
I have rode this several times at Dollywood and when it was Silver Dollar City before Dolly bought the park in the 80s😊 , what a very good ride every time repeat performance .😊
It doesnt look like this one has as drastic of the bunny hop hill though. Not being able to see the one at Dollywood, can easily mess your back up if you arent sitting right.

Here is something that people need to realize, alot of older technology used less wattage. Yes, this saved on power at parks, malls, and homes. Nowadays, entertainment technology uses too much wattage. Would make sense to use the lower wattage and still have fun.
I had a person to person meet and greet with Dolly Parton in May when she visits one of her relative asked me to come back and then she could sign autographs only that day she was in a hurry to get back to someone that was sick at the hospital.
@DLP Welcome : do you get wet on this ride? The really old version of this ride (Blazin Fury) used to have a water drenching finish when I rode it in the 1990’s. Dollywood has since removed the water feature, and I still think that getting wet was the best part!
This ride isn't really new, they just changed it so it no longer has the splashdown element it used to have. There's a coaster similar to this that operates at Dollywood.
Did anyone else think of that AI sponge clip of plankton just screaming "FIRE IN THE HOLE!" and not answering anything anyone said whenever they saw the video title? Says alot about how far under a rock i'm living lol
It's an excellent attraction. One with the most workmanship and detail in the park. We loved doing it several times. A video will never give the whole picture of the work, the sensations and the thrills of an attraction. The only solution is to try it out!
Very nice job! I'm so happy to see that they kept it mostly the same as it's always been, like the pants and the train. 😁😁😁

It has gone through phases
Looks like fun. I wish I could see this park and this ride.

Dollywood is in Tennessee, Silver Dollar City is in Missouri. Dolly didn't buy SDC. 🤔🤔🤔

A well done classic amusement park ride. Very charming and fun.
What a great use of sound. Unlike Disney, Loud explosions are allowed despite scaring children. Looks like a fun ride!
WOW... This is like, the coolest shit I've seen in a long time.
So what's the big effect that happens at the end when. he says "Fire in the hole!"
It’s a water splash down. It’s actually the brake that slows the train down before returning to the station.

can’t wait for the water on the hill ride! i bet it will be even better!
Poor Flanders. Even in the revamp the baldknobbers stole his pants 😞
One of the original coasters that started everything. This has tonz of history
It was the original
before they remade the ride, there used to be three different drops when the guy would say “fire in the hole”.
Really left field coaster for RMC to be involved in lol, looks great though!

This is actually a new version of the ride that operated at the park from 1972-2023. The new ride does feature the splashdown that the original had.
Coaster?
@@aliostrowski1935 The reason that it's considered a coaster is because of the three small drops. Other than that, it's a dark ride.
This is a completely remade version of the old ride, it still has the splashdown at the end.
Blazing fury
This is just like the fire rollercoaster at Dollywood is the same ride
Yes. Dollywood used to be Silver Dollar City in the past.

dont blast, there's friends along here! oops wrong ride heheh
No crowds!!!
Where is amusement park to this attraction ?
Silver dollar city in Branson Missouri
@@Chicadoo It's very nice ! Thanks for telling !
Does this ride drop a bit?
Yes. There are three small drops in the ride.
Where is this?
Silver dollar city
Branson, MO
I guess the name 'Gonorrhea' was taken.
Geometry dash?
I haven’t been on this ride since 1982!
This is a new one this year.
@@Brentman56It's a rebuild/reimagining of the original, that's probably what they were saying.
Ride type?
It's a train on a rail...
in a building...
Combination of Indoor Roller coaster and Dark Ride.
This looks like a rip off version compared to the one at Dollywood!
Actually Fire In The Hole came first. Blazing Fury came second. Silver Dollar City and Dollywood are sister parks.
Am I the only one who finds it to be boring….?

Just as stupid as I thought!
a town on fire?
Ozark folklore. A town set ablaze by the Baldknobbers. And the water tower was blown up to put out the fires.
