- We are back with Episode 3 of our RoastyToasty Challenge!
If you haven't seen the previous episodes, Dan shows me the willing participants' photos that they've sent in for my genuine blind reaction and I either toast them or try my very best to roast them (I'm still working on this bit).
As always, there's some useful information included on how these photos can be improved, which you can take away and apply to your own work.
Disclaimer: The images in this video have been supplied by people who have read and signed a submission form to state they understand the challenge and are more than happy for a toast or a roast to their photos. Yeah, roast!! No sharpies were used in the making of that photo. It was a random pup I walked past in the middle of a crazy busy market in the middle of Bali. I remember being so proud of the picture when I took it 5+ years ago, but cringe at it now. I have always wondered if there was a way to save it as I love the unique markings on his face, but I'm glad to hear confirmation that it is definitely one for the bin!
It's such a shame as the unique markings are INCREDIBLE, but unfortunately sometimes you just have to let the images go! 🫣
O so nice to see my photo in the challenge! It's the first one, and I was told it were Canadian Geese, but I'm not an expert. I've never even noticed the angry look of the bird in the back, now I can't unsee it 😂
