    Instead of all purpose flour,we use garbanzo bean flour for more protein.taste may change little one can try

    Hola Albert, that recipe looks really great and I think its a good way to "smuggle" veggies into a dish, for people who dont like veggies usually. What I like about your recipes, is that they are easy to prepare, dont require 100 different ingredients or stuff that is very rare and that you will maybe use only once and that most often, they are healthy. Thank you for your precious work!

    I've given up on my fritters- always soggy, mushy, unappealing... I see I have to squeeze and drain the veggies even more... Gracias for the inspiration. I am giving them a try!

      @@Mandyd192 Oh, thank you for the tips! So sweet of you that you took the time. I made them yesterday and they were too soft too haha. I was so careful... I think our courgettes are softer or sth. Fritters from different vegetables are fine.

    *_Thanks, Albert!_* ... Frozen sea bass are available in UK supermarkets. We made these fritters alongside thawed sea bass fillets, pan fried over medium heat about 3 minutes skin-side down (to crisp the skin), then flipped for about 1 minute. I used San Miguel lager in the batter. A very tasty dish, and not heavy. Scampi would also accompany nicely.

    I have a fridge full of veggies that need using, so in addition to soup, these will also be made. I love your fritter recipes and often make them in double quantities as they are great for lunchboxes and for reheating in the air fryer for a quick lunch or after school snack. I have some homemade tomato sauce that will accompany them perfectly. Thank you!

      Also, I made your Italian dressing, the one oil, vinegar and herbs. I added 2 extra cloves of garlic & about a tablespoon and a half of honey. Delicious o!!🥰

    I made them just per the recipe except I had to sub Manchego with Pecorino Romano; tasted great, no problems with the recipe at all, highly recommended.

    What a fantastic recipe today! The fritters looked so tempting! I love making fritters, but i don't make them so often. But i love fritters. I have psychosis, and i don't always have patience with everything in my daily life. It's also difficult to concentrate too much sometimes.
    Thank you for a recipe that inspired me a lot.
    By the way, I recently watched your video for an egg salad that was from Malaga. I feel so inspired by your salads. I am thinking about making an egg salad soon! With hard boiled eggs, olives, cherry tomatoes and cucumber! I might add some pineapple too...
