Brazilian ladies are fantastic!!! Much better experiences than with westerner women. I used brazilcupid for meeting ladies last year. But I disagree on the language part. Learning portuguese is quite important in order to date a brazilian lady. And its not so hard. Practicing duo lingo helped me a lot in order to keep a good conversation. Of course at times I forget words as I am not native speaker but having some basic skills is a strong asset in my opinion.

1. Party
2. Safety
Yes, it is much easier than other places like the US or Europe. Often the women will approach you the man if you look nice and friendly.
