- We decided to do something a bit different and move from our typical Jr Suite on the 14th deck on Oasis of the seas down to the 8th deck. In this video you'll not only get a detailed review of this particular Jr. Suite, but also if we would want to stay on the 8th deck again over the 14th. Check it out!
Thanks for this video. We'll be in this room in 2025 Southern Caribbean. Very well done. Thanks again!
You are welcome! Thanks for watching!
Hope all is going well! Wanted to say I am really enjoying your thumbnails! Looking good!
You are seeing the extent of my artistic creativity! Will be good to see you if our cruising schedule ever syncs up!
Great video! We will be staying in 8240 on Allure of the Seas later this year. This video gave us a good idea of what to expect for the room/balcony.
Glad it helped! Yes, I would agree, what you find on Allure should be similar to what you find here. We will be on Allure later this year also. Will be our first time on the ship.
Im staying in this room on October 22nd Thanks for the tour. Last year I was in the room next door 8236.
Excellent! Glad it helped! Who knows…maybe you were next to us 😀.
Good to know about the noise.
Yes…could have just been our neighbors on that cruise…you never know!
What happened to the coffee maker? We had one when we were in a Junior Suite on Oasis.
Good catch!! There was a Lavazza espresso coffee maker in the room. Our room attendant moved it out for us as we don’t drink coffee. Should have mentioned in the video.
I am trying to figure out where a 5th person would sleep. They are marked as 5 people rooms, like the Ultra Spacious Oceanview, but there is no 5th bed
This room is not setup for 5 people. I just checked the deck plan and the JS next door and the 3 after are indicated as 5+. Sorry…have not been in one of those rooms so can’t answer the question. I would suspect the have a pull down bed in those.
Hello, did you have a link on converting the HDMI on the TV? Thank you, love your review. I booked room 8226
Thanks! I haven’t posted that video yet (so many in the backlog and so little time!). I’ll try to get to it this week and will send the link.
Did that video on the HDMI connection. Here you go:

You found yourself using the elevators more you said .. rather stay up higher , deck 14 .. well you would still need to use the elevators to get to the Promenade deck 5 … so it’s really going to be the same, using an elevator …
We tend to do the outdoor things up on 15 quite a bit and have most of our meals in Coastal Kitchen on 17, so 14 seems to work better for us.
@@CruisesRoomsReviews Coastal Kitchen as good as the specialty dining restaurants?
@@bugwar5545 I would say many of the dishes are as good. The filet on the day 1 menu is typically better than at Chops. There are some dishes that are not quite at that level. It’s a big step up overall from the MDR.
@@CruisesRoomsReviews Thanks.
