The screen is dark without the front lights, and while it’s ok (not comparable to black/white) with the front light on, you have to charge it every day. The stylus can't hardly write a full clear word. and the picture presentation is so faint it’s sometimes barely visible. The software has a lot of bugs and often becomes unresponsive for a few seconds. On top of all that, customer service is very poor too.
